樓下有買嘢食嘅地方，買嘢好方便，熱水器需要改進一下，因為冲一陣間好快就變涼喇！住嘅地方係重慶大廈入邊！老闆係南亞

Sangat menyenangkan menginap di sini. Dekat dengan Stasiun Gubeng dan pusat kota. Lokasinya agak masuk gang, tapi justru itulah yang membuat penginapan ini jauh dari kebisingan. Kamarnya cukup luas, bersih, nyaman, kunci kamar sudah menggunakan kartu, AC aman, kamar mandinya bisa air panas dan dingin. Akses dari resepsionis ke kamar dapat menggunakan lift atau tangga. Penginapan ini seperti hotel, tetapi setara dengan hotel. Sangat direkomendasikan untuk orang-orang dengan budget terbatas tetapi ingin mendapatkan akomodasi yang sangat nyaman.

Kamar bersih dan rapi, dilengkapi dengan kulkas. Saya berharap dapat menyediakan sabun atau sampo, serta memastikan bahwa WiFi di lantai dapat terhubung dengan baik. Lampu putih digunakan di lantai atas. Pelayanannya bagus, dan kamarnya juga bersih dan rapi. Selain itu, tersedia juga kulkas. Semoga dapat menyediakan sabun atau sampo juga.

Guesthouse yang nyaman untuk tamu jangka panjang, terutama pasien RSIA Ferina dan RS Siloam. Lokasinya hanya berjarak sepelemparan batu dari dua rumah sakit tersebut. Anda dapat membayar harian, mingguan, dan bulanan. Stafnya ramah dan selalu siap membantu. Anda dapat memesan barang atau makanan secara online dan mengirimkannya ke kamar. Kamarnya sendiri seperti hotel dengan fasilitas yang cukup lengkap, kecuali perlengkapan mandi, handuk, dan pemanas air. Kunci kamar menggunakan kartu. Ada lift yang sangat berguna bagi pasien. Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat kemana-mana.

Kamarnya cukup luas dan kamar mandinya bagus. Sayangnya di kamar tidak ada peralatan mandi dan tisu. Secara keseluruhan cukup bagus, pelayanannya ramah, lokasinya di pusat kota jadi mudah untuk mendapatkan makanan dan akses oleh-oleh. Bisa direkomendasikan dan menjadi acuan untuk menginap ketika ke Surabaya.

Penginapan ini terletak di tengah kota, tepat di belakang RS Siloam dan tepat di belakang Klinik Ferina. Sebagian besar disewakan oleh pasangan yang sedang melaksanakan program IVF di Klinik Ferina, hampir 90% adalah pasien Ferina. Kamar cukup luas, tersedia layanan laundry, namun tidak semua kamar memiliki jendela keluar. Harganya cukup terjangkau, berkisar antara 4- 5 juta per bulan. Ini adalah pilihan utama bagi mereka yang ingin berobat atau menjalani program IVF di Surabaya.

Selain itu, tidak ada biaya tambahan jika ingin check-in lebih awal.

Tipe kamar standar double. Kamar cukup luas dan bersih, masih ada ruang untuk sholat. Kasur cukup untuk dua orang dewasa dan satu anak kecil. AC dingin, tetapi jika ditambah atau dikurangi sepertinya tidak berpengaruh (tetap dingin). Air lancar, pemanas cukup hangat. Di luar kamar ada dispenser, tinggal bawa botol minum sendiri dan bisa mengambil sepuasnya. Stop kontak cukup banyak, ada kulkas mini, gantungan baju hanya ada 1, lemari penyimpanan cukup. Ada jemuran kecil, jika ingin menjemur bisa diletakkan di balkon luar kamar. Awalnya handuk dapat 1, bisa minta ke resepsionis (sayang 1 handuk sobek, tapi masih bisa dipakai). Tidak ada sabun, sampo, sikat gigi, tisu di meja dan toilet juga tidak ada (lebih baik bawa sendiri). Jika sampah di kamar penuh, taruh di luar kamar pagi hari nanti staf akan mengambilnya dan diberi kantong sampah baru. Dekat tikungan hotel kalau pagi ada soto daging, sate ayam, bubur, cirlce-K. Dekat RS dan kantor Jaminan. Lokasi mudah ditemukan. Deposit 100 ribu saat check-in. Beri catatan waktu check-in atau check-out di luar waktu yang ditentukan (ada biaya jika check-in awal atau checkout terlambat). Staf ramah. Ada lift, ada musholla di sebelah lift, kunci kamar sudah pakai kartu. Lumayan
