Ini adalah pengalaman kami menginap di Hotel Art Deco pada tanggal 18 November 2022. Desain hotelnya sangat bagus, setiap kamarnya wangi dan bersih. Kolam renangnya juga bagus dan ada kolam air hangat terpisah. Makanan sarapannya cukup lengkap. Saran untuk perbaikan Staf resepsionis agar ditambahkan sehingga proses cek out tidak antre karena hanya ada 1 petugas. Begitu juga dengan room boy yang membantu tamu membawa barang ke kamar hanya ada satu petugas. Lift ada 3 2 untuk tamu dan1 untuk petugaslift barang. Liat tamu hanya berfungsi 1 dan waktu tunggu relatif lama. Terutama pada jam checkout dan sarapan. Standar waktu checking terlalu sore yaitu jam 15. Seharusnya bisa jam 13. 00 Wib.

Kita harus deposit 300rb utk kerusakan atau kehilangan barang barang, di belakang pintu banyak banget list barangnya, saya jd kudu cek satu per satu. Dan tenryata memang inventory nya ada yang ga komplit, jd saya harus konfirmasi dl ke owner drpd deposit saya nanti hangus 🤣🤣🤣. Tempatnya sih bagus, bisa muat 4 orang. Anak saya sampai ngomong ini favorit aku the best place 🤣. Kolam renang juga ada air hangat buat anak anak. Ooia di dalamnya juga ada alat makan + microwave + kompor listrik, dan panci juga disediain. Top banget. Overall aku suka buat ibu ibu rempong yang kalo malam anaknya suka laper, bisa hangatin pizza atau lainnya. Adminnya juga baik banget sabar ngadepin kebawelan ku. Thank you.

Saya menginap di Art Deco Hotel, tempatnya bersih dan nyaman untuk keluarga, jadi setiap ke Bandung kami selalu menginap di sini. Udaranya sejuk dan di lantai 10 ada kolam renangnya dan tersedia resto dengan menu tradisional dan internasional.

Pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan. Kamarnya bagus dan bersih, hanya saja kamar mandinya kecil. Liftnya bagus. Tempat makan enak, makanan semuanya lezat serta kolam renang bersih dengan pemandangan yang indah. Mungkin kalau anakanak bisa diberi sarapan gratis jadi hrdnya baik tanpa perlu bayar tambahan lagi karena anak kecil tidak mau banyak makan. Terima kasih ya Iya sudah membuat hotel yang indah untuk liburan.

Proses cek ini cepat, kamar bersih. Jacuzzi berfungsi dengan baik, air panas dan dinginnya ooh. Kolam renang rooftop termasuk kolam air hangatnya. Sarapan teratur, kalau bisa dibuat hrdnya banyak variasinya. Tempatnya tenang dengan pemandangan di atap dan kamar yang bagus. Beberapa manusia menulis ulasan dpt penempatan outdoor ac di balkon yang kurang tepat bagi saya oh. Duduk di balkon dengan udara dingin jadi lebih nyaman karena udara hangat dari AC luas ruangan. Itu pendapat pribadi saya. Secara keseluruhan oh Staycation pernikahan anniversary dengan keluarga terasa hrdannya.
