Its a really serene and relaxing place. The staff is very nice and helpful and the location is stunning. 5 star trekking also, really a must go with these guys. We were a family of 3 (6 year old boy) and they were great with him and offered an easier trek to ensure he got through it. Really great service.

When we visited natural tourist destinations with a panoramic view of forests and orangutans at bukit lawang, we stayed in comfort. The owner was friendly so we helped. The location of lodging indra valley allows us to enjoy the fresh nature of the terrace room. Good condition, kept clean, so we were very comfortable staying here.

This place is very nice and cozy. The rooms are nice with a great view of the river. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also arrange 1-7 day jungle treks with their own guides, which is a must do in bukit lawang! If i were in the neighborhood, i would definitely visit again!.

The service provided was exceptional, with prompt pickup and assistance during our jungle trek. They were incredibly helpful in imparting local knowledge and even lent us a large torch to explore the bat caves.

I would definitely stay here again. Obiwan and his team were amazing. Indra valley was such a perfect place to stay that we wish we could have stayed longer. The food was good and the staff didnt hesitate to go the extra mile for us. I would recommend it for families with children and couples alike. We also did the orangutan jungle trek with the boys from indra valley and they were all very informative, professional and fun.

Perjalanan dari bandara ke hotel tidak sia-sia. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan staf melakukan segalanya untuk membuat Anda merasa nyaman. Anda harus memesan tur hutan dengan Obiwan (pemilik). Suatu malam di hutan benar-benar tak terlupakan.

Tempat ini sangat seru di Bukit Lawang. Fasilitasnya lengkap. Tempatnya agak ke atas tapi seru. Area pemandiannya dingin dengan pemandangan yang indah. Trekking bersama pemandu untuk melihat langsung orangutan.

The first contact with the host via whatsapp was a bit dubious as he told us that after booking a room we are only allowed to book trekking tours through him. On site, everything was initially nice and sympathetic but then obiwan tried to talk us out of a highly overpriced 4 day tour. After some bargaining he went down by 500 k with the price. We decided to go on a threeday tour. Obiwan sold us this about 200 k more expensive than other participants on our tour. So book directly with the agency and dont be persuaded. The owner is despite his full sympathy, but through and through a businessman. As for the accommodation, it is well located and well equipped. Although slightly overpriced in comparison.

The room is very good with a terrace with river views. The transfer from the airport was very good. The driver is polite and good. The food is really good from breakfast to dinner. We booked a one night jungle trek, marwan and olok were amazing, cooking delicious food and preparing our camp, lots of explanation on the jungle and oran outang, listening to our preferences. An amazing experience and stay!.

The best place to stay in bukit lawang, some of the new rooms are quite good if you compare to the price and facilities offered by the place called hotel in the bukit lawang area. This place also offers a jungle tour with omangan and the team guides have very good experience in the jungle. So if you plan to go jungle trekking to see wildlife such as orangutans, tom hawker monkeys and macaques, you can book through to omangan or to their website. The guides and hotel staff were very hospitable and fun to hang out with.

The location is quiet and within walking distance of many nice restaurants. The owner of the place is very committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible. He was very helpful in organizing everything you need, from transportation to trekking. I had a beautiful clean room overlooking the river.

The rooms are clean and have a great view of the river. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The jungle trek is also great, the guide has a lot of knowledge about animals and the food is very delicious. They also serve the best chai tea in town!.
