2. All forms of events are not allowed here
3. Activities in the villa's outdoor area are only permitted until max 9pm
4. Max parking capacity of 4 cars
5. It is strictly prohibited to carry out any form of activity that violates the law
6. This villa only accepts family guests

If these regulations are violated, we have the right to cancel the order without a refund.
