- We do not allow Villa Manis to be used for events that can cause commotion, unrest in the surrounding community, alcohol parties, narcotics and the like.- Facilities at Villa Manis are for 12 people and Villa Manis capacity is for 30 people, above that an additional fee of IDR 30,000 / person will be chargedabove 40 to 50 people are subject to an additional fee of IDR 50,000 / person and are required to rent a pavilion.Without any additional facilities, children are also counted.

We no longer accept more than 50 people and we have the right to cancel the program.- Our check-in time is as follows: 14.00 (2pm).- Check out time is 12.00 noon, if check out is above 13.00 to 17.00, then you will be charged an additional fee of 50% of the applicable rate, check out after 17.00 will be subject to full payment of the applicable rate

- It is hoped that guests can really maintain calm and order, especially after 22.00 (10pm).- Any damage, whether intentional or not, will be subject to full replacement costs.- The use of a single sound system / organ must be reported to us & have received official permission from the relevant authorities, we have the right to refuse your program if it is not accompanied by written permission from the relevant authorities.
