Generally my experience was very satisfying. The location of the lodge was great, close to bars, restaurants, supermarket, the train station and the shopping centre (including a street market), the apartment was clean, with the appropriate temperature for the season, providing toiletries, a small bottle of water and 3 towels for each person.We felt safe and absolutely comfortable.

Veldig sentralt hotell, perfekt som utgangspunkt til Cinque Terre. Selv om det lå midt i en travel gate var det godt isolert, slik at det ikke var spesielt bråkete når vindu var igjen. Veldig trivelig vertskap. Rommet var pent og ryddig, ingenting å utsette på oppholdet. Kan reise dit igjen.

The receptionist was wonderful. She contacted me the day before we were to arrive to let us know we were expected. We scheduled a time to meet in the lobby. When our travel plans changed and we got there 2 hours earlier, she went out of her way to be there for us. She let us leave our luggage win her office so we could go tour. She let me know when our rooms were ready and she put our bags in our rooms. She was great!

We had a great stay here! The host was super friendly, service minded and helpful. The room was nice and clean with a balcony. The location is great just at the pedestrian street with lots of restaurants and just a short walk from the harbour and the railway station and a good choise if you want to explore the Cinque Terre area. We would definatley go there again!

Appartamento ristrutturato di una casa secolare, in una strategica posizione: in pieno centro storico ma allo stesso tempo a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, perfetto per chi vuole scoprire la città e/o le 5 terre! Appartamento ampio, luminoso, accogliente, pulito ubicato al primo piano (perfetto anche per chi ha valige pesanti). Ovviamente la comodità della centralità non assicura la tranquillità ed il silenzio notturno, soprattutto nei fine settimana o in estate. Mancanza di cucina (inteso come piano cottura e/o forno) ma per dei pasti take away perfetto, ambiente comune ben curato e dotato anche di un cortiletto. Purtroppo mancanza di una lavanderia comune che a noi avrebbe fatto comodo. Per il resto tutto perfetto, anche la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile! Consigliatoooo

Habitación espaciosa y muy limpia. En la habitacion teníamos cafetera y hervidor de agua para té. Un amplio balcón que permite poder disfrutarlo con comodidad. Dispone de una zona de cocina y una smplia terraza donde poder cenar. Muy recomendable

Extremely hospitable staff, amazing view of popular street from private balcony, powerful A/C unit, very spacious room and bathroom, loved this place! Only slightly negative comment (which was extremely minor) was that the drains in the sink and the shower seemed really slow and potentially clogged, also the refrigerator did not seem to work very well. Regardless, incredible stay highly recommend.

Fueron muy amables. Pude hacer un early check in ya que la habitación estaba lista. Y al dia siguiente guardaron mi equipaje hasta la hora de irme. Algo que me ayudo muchisimo para un mejor disfrute del lugar. La habitación comodisima, tamaño perfecto y servicios necesarios, y justo en pleno centro de la ciudad. Ademas disponen de una cocina comun y una terraza por si quisieras hacerte algo y permite conocer gente.
