We often discuss going there again, hopefully soon. I really wish we could have stayed longer and had also visited their restaurant. We stayed there for two nights with our 6-month-old daughter. We had a fantastic and relaxing time. Our bedroom was large, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was stunning and modern. Excellent breakfast with a stunning view. The pool area is great, a little cold when we were there in September, but definitely perfect for the summer heat. Silvio recommended a restaurant in a small town about a 510-minute drive that served perfectly cooked pasta--Can't remember the name. We bought some wine from Silvio and we love it.

For the first time since traveling in Italy recently, we stayed here. To start our trip, I highly suggest this place to anyone searching for lodging in the Northern Italian hills. Silvio is a wonderful host, and the home is beautifully beautiful. The house is very remote and has a wonderful view of the valley and the vineyards that grow on the hillside. Although it was chilly when we arrived, the patio and pool would be a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy a few glasses of wine in the warmer months. Our room was delightful, and the bed was very comfy. Even though we were the only person in the house, silvio prepared a breakfast spread that could have kept 10 people to eat. She was content to make me some fresh eggs made from her chickens. It was a wonderful visit, and I heartily suggest this to anyone seeking a place to stay in the northern Italy hills.
