I needed a place to stay last minute and this was a great place to stay. The apartment was clean and quiet and in a beautiful area. It was really nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the birds singing and feel the cool breeze in the afternoon. I arrived late on the first night and they waited up to make sure that I was able to make it into the apartment. When I needed to add an extra day they were helpful and accommodating. I would like to come back with my family and spend a week or two enjoying this beautiful area and this very nice place to stay.

A very relaxing place to stay. Easy going friendly staff. Secure gated free car park. Shuttle bus to and from town. Only a twenty minute walk if you choose to walk. Good supermarket across the stream bed from the complex - but a car is needed to get to it! If you don't bring your own towels and bed linen there is a charge of 20 euros per week

Ottimo Residence, bel posto non troppo vicino dal caos non troppo lontano dagli eventi. Bellissima la opzione piscina mare ottimi servizi, gestori gentilissimi ed ospitali. Consigliato il soggiorno nel periodo di giugno luglio.

Esperienza positiva.....posto tranquillo staff gentile e disponibile, l'unico neo la distanza per il mare più di 20 minuti a piedi, quindi indispensabile l'auto, inoltre la strada che porta ai lidi è molto stretta quindi pericolosa. La navetta messa a disposizione è comoda ma stressante per via dell'apprensione che porta al rispetto degli orari. Consiglio: mettere dei dossi artificiali per dissuadere le auto, moto ecc. a rallentare. Ultima cosa chiedere prima di arrivare, cosa non è a pagamento per evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti di spesa.(lenzuola,carta igienica.....) Nel complesso buona la qualità/prezzo.

Ottima struttura rinnovata e molto pulita, non è in posizone centrale ma esiste un efficiente servizio navetta sia per la spiaggia che per il centro (15 min a piedi).Lo Staff gentilissimo e disponibile ne completa le caratteristiche

très bon séjour. Ambiance familliale et très bon accueil. Personnel disponible. Je recommande cette résidence. Petit bémol, le studio était vraiment plus petit que dans le descriptif, il faisait mention de canapé lit alors qu' il s' agissait d' un BZ inconfortable on a donc dormi 14 nuits sur les matelas au sol et mis les enfants sur le BZ car ils étaient plus légers. Baignoire bien trop petite. confort du studio à revoir!

Super séjour!!! Nous avions réservé un appartement supérieur, il était propre, spacieux, au calme (excentré de la résidence) avec tout le confort que nous désirions. Nous étions à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et 15 min du centre ville, un vrai bonheur, les gens sont très sympathiques et il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter à Pietra et aux alentours. Le personnel est très agréable, le seul petit bémol, c'est l'organisation des arrivées et des départs, il faut beaucoup patienter... Dernières petites choses, prévoyez la caution et les frais en espèces.

We had a fantastic holiday here. The apartment was lovely. It was so clean and had everything we needed and more to have a great holiday. Pool was great. Kids loved it and always plenty of sunbeds. It's family run and the owners are fantasic.... They couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely go back and we highly recommend this hotel.

в номере всё необходимое есть, чисто убрано, хороший бассейн, управляющий Марио прекрасный человек и во всем поможет, вай-фай в номере работал отлично. небольшой минус - до пляжа 1 км, пешком не спеша 15 минут под соснами в теньке., есть микроавтобус несколько раз в день отвозит и привозит с пляжа бесплатно, но мы всегда прогуливались пешком.

Persone squisite la nonnina bravissima e persona eccezionale, tutto molto pulito e ordinato, la pecca e che manca un marciapiede la strada e troppo stretta e i veicoli vanno troppo veloce anche per i ciclisti e un pericolo x il resto adatto a tutti grandi e piccini..c'è di tutto in residence anche microonde piatti pentole bichieri coltelli frigo piccolino ma andava da dio solo da portare detersivi e lava pentola c'è il servizio navetta gratuita e sconti sul bagno da loro convenzionato e piscina molto carina la TV i canali fanno schifo solo questo post del resto al Bacio!!!!

Accueil très sympathique. Grand appartement de deux pièces très spacieuses, on voit la mer depuis le balcon. Cuisine tout équipée, mais il manque peut-être quelques ustensiles (couteau éplucheur par exp). Très facile d'accès et parking réservé, peut-être un peu loin de la mer ou des restos si on veut y aller à pieds.

Apartments were a little difficult to find at first, though had a great experience during our 4 night stay. When we arrived, and Marco the owner was very kind in giving us tips on villages to see and good free beaches in the surrounding area. The apartment had beautiful views over the surrounding hills, had a balcony and we even had access to a swimming pool. Nearby beaches (around 10 minute walk away) weren't the best, mostly pebbley and private, though a sandy and free beaches were only a short drive away. Would definitely recommend Residence Holidays, if you are on a budget for an enjoyable beach holiday or to explore the surrounding countryside.
