The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were extremely accommodating and put in a lot of effort to answer any questions or requests we had. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean - the size of the hotel was small but all hotels in japan at this price range are small, plus the price is really affordable and you manage! The location is close to many train stations which came in handy, but the only thing is that it is not the most touristy area directly outside, however it can be reached in 20 minutes from dotonburi, shopping districts, major areas, etc. 10/10 for us. Thank you to the staff for everything!.

I would happily stay again. This hotel was quite suitable for my four nights in osaka. The majority of the staff members were helpful and friendly. Although a little out of town, the location is convenient for walking or taking the train. I had enough space in the room to accommodate my needs and cleanliness. Wifi was reliable. It took me 5 to 3 hours to check in early, but they kept my luggage while i explored, so there was no need to worry.

The hotel itself isnt that dirty and shady. And then, the location is a little bit remote. After that, they let you drop off your luggage early and leave it after checkout. Subsequently, theres some mold on the curtains. Thereafter, their employees are very kind.

The hotel is conveniently located near the jr and metro lines. Tsutenkaku and abeno harukas are within walking distance, and other decent local restaurants are accessible on foot. 24hour auto lock security is available, with guests having access to both inside and outside via keycards, making it enjoyable to eat, drink, or stroll even at midnight. The hotels excellent amenities and high level of cleanliness deserve to be mentioned as reasons why they will remain there again.

Our stay here was fantastic! We stayed for a week and found our stay to be quite enjoyable! All the staff we encountered were lovely, attentive, and helpful. There are many free amenities, including tvs, razors and slippers! They will also provide fresh towels upon request. The rooms, while small, have comfortable beds, iced water, air conditioning, an undersized cv, plus i can see the mini table under the big hv! The bathroom is small but full of everything you need cleanliness was excellent, the location was only ten to fifteen minutes walk from the stations, food was plentiful, etc. I will miss this place.

There is nothing to praise. The main reason is that the transportation is convenient and the communication is smooth. Despite its modest size, the room has everything you need. Nothing is missing. Additionally excellent is the front desk service.

There is nothing to complain about. The staff is friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I stayed for 10 days and thought they should clean the rooms at least once during a long stay but they said it wasnt possible. Although the accommodations are very small, i found them acceptable. While the surrounding area is not great, you can reach tourist attractions in ten minutes with merely stepping on if you take the metro or walk.

The facility boasts a minimalist design, featuring clean rooms and beds. The staff members were enthusiastic and accommodating, with decent english proficiency, even lending me ipad chargers. Its location is excellent, being only ten minutes from shinimamiya station, making it convenient for those traveling to osaka from the airport via the okosaki loop line. Overall, its an excellent budgetfriendly option that is ideal for both solo and duo travelers - you wont find fewer affordable options with private bathrooms at this price!.

Standard hotel with small rooms, as expected from japanese hotels. The staff was very pleasant. All amenities for the room can be requested at the reception. Leave towels and garbage bags in front of your room and ask for new ones when you return to the hotel. There is a coffee machine, soda machine and microwave in the lobby. A smoking room is also available from the foyer. At night, the area around the motel can look scary, but keep in mind that there is an adjacent police station and we saw several times policemen patrolling the streets in pairs riding bikes.

The rooms were quite small, but they were perfect for just sleeping and taking a shower. The service was excellent, very helpful with any needs and fluent in english. Very close to the train station and shinsekai for shopping and dining.

The room appears to be brand new and immaculate. In comparison to all the other backpacker hotels on the main street, its well worth the extra few minutes of walking. The staff was really welcoming. Despite the small rooms, the bed is big enough for both of us. I can lie down nicely at 6 ft 4 in.

Nice room with a small toilet but big shower and tub. The tv in the room is also very large and has Netflix. Bed was also huge and the space was clean and nice.
