I have had a relaxing stay at this hotel. The employees were wonderful. We stayed at this ac marriott for three nights in mid-feb 2023 and had a wonderful time. I really liked the hotel, and if we return to Innsbruck, I will most definitely stay there. The setting is excellent. Just a few minutes stroll to the main train station or the heart of the old town. The location was ideal for us because we were close to everything we wanted to see. I heartily endorse this motel. The views, location, cleanliness, and area are unbeatable. The bed was comfy. This property has very comfortable rooms with all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was quite roomy, and the room was immaculate, with a nice shower. The employees were friendly and courteous. The employees were courteous and helpful. The room was tidy and had a peaceful ambiance. Wonderful views of the mountains. The room was tidy, and the atmosphere was peaceful. nice furniture and comfortable beds. BreakfastThere were a variety of choices, and the food was what you would expect from a large buffet breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and varied in flavour. This hotel is close to all the attractions, a trendy hotel, and nice, tidy rooms. The location is quite handy because it is near the city center. The employees are very nice. The accommodations are well equipped, the beds are comfy, and the hotel's design is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, and they provide unique menus. You won't go hungry, and it won't be anything unique either. The minibar only has water, which is disappointing. There isn't enough wine, candies, or sweet beverages available. There are also small cookies in the room, though. You can eat and drink at the bar on the first floor for an additional fee if you prefer something to drink. If you want something to eat, you can do so at the bar on the first floor for an additional fee. But, in the room are tea, milk, coffee, and small pastries.

We didn't book the hotel just for one night as we were passing through on our way elsewhere. As we were traveling by train in and out of Innsbruck, we chose the ac hotel because of its location. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see how close it was to the city center and that the area was pleasant enough. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially the front desk staff. I think his name was Ibrahim. The truly spectacular upgrade to one of the suites was received. Wow. The incredible mountains view and the space to relax was such an acquired memory. The room was immaculately clean, and the beds were comfortable. Smart to was just what we needed after a long day of travel to settle in with a leisurely movie of our choosing. After a week in Austria germany, we discovered that most hotels only have bbd and other news channels in English as standard. It was so good to watch a movie after a week of traveling in Austria, so it was incredibly pleasant. As an aside, I looked up the hotel's rate, and it was well worth what the room was worth it. I heartily endorse this hotel. It is perfect for short stays and in a prime location for longer ones. Everything is close by! Ive been a Marriott member for a while, but I don't often use them as my first choice

It's cozy and tastefully decorated. If you ask for a quiet room, the ones in the back and on the higher floors are fine. For that price, I would expect a bit more amenities, better toiletries, a mini bar even if billed, and some additional sleeping options such as pillows.

We stayed from October 1 to October 3, and the accommodation, hotel, and location are excellent, but on the last day we had breakfast, everything got spoiled. The breakfast made me feel awful after breakfast, and my friend felt awful 4 hours later. We both had a fever and a violent compulsion in the evening. Aside from breakfast, we ate and drank nothing, so the hotel breakfast is definitely the culprit!

This is a modern boutique hotel. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Centrally located with east access to all restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel is very hidden from the commotion even though it is close to the main square. The room was very comfortable and clean.

I cant say enough good things about this place. The hotel feels fresh opening in 2017 and elegant and modern with a bar and restaurant and an entrance. Breakfast is optional and can be a little pricey but delicious and offers a vast selection of anything, a rich continental with hot items. This is also the only hotel on this trip that has a spa repeatedly, the steam room and sauna were fantastic, big and uncrowded, and the location was excellent. The rail station is only a oneminute distance away, so it is valuable or you can take the tram from there for two stops to the Rathausgalerien, an indoor shopping district next to the hotel. There is an electric kettle in the room, a vending machine in the building, that is said to have coffee or tea. I was told that there is a vending machine there to do that, but they do not provide coffee or tea, but they offer a free innsbruck transportation card for trams, etc. For 2 nights, youll have to remember to ask.

The location of this hotel is decent. You walk from the historic center of Innsbruck to the bridge, cross, and then go up a bit. It takes around 10 minutes to walk. The hotel appears small but lovely. But there's a problem with parking. It's on the side of the building and very limited. We advised the staff that we would arrive two hours before check-in, and they said it was fine, but on that day the front desk worker didn't want to allow us to park later after we complained to the emails. We were also not given the room even though it was ready we knew because they allowed us to leave our luggage there. I understand the rules, but I worked in the hospitality industry for many years and traveled a lot, and it is routine to give guests their room a bit earlier if it's available. Except for this not the most pleasant check-in, our stay was fine. The room was tiny but clean. Breakfast was simple but tasty. We thought it was a good value. If you need a budget stay, you can think of this place.

The wifi connection was functional and fast. The hotel and room were both neat and comfortable. There were 2 single beds in the room with 5 people. The price was quite good especially considering that there were only so few options for groups of five or more. Breakfast was a bit simple. Parking on-site was available but it is necessary to ask hotel staff for help since the other guests must be moved based on the space available. This might be a pain if you plan to drive a lot or at odd hours, but otherwise it is not a problem.

This hotel comes with a pleasant breakfast room and a decent buffet. There is a popular Italian restaurant and pizzeria right below the hotel and a few minutes walk from a variety of restaurants and cafes, plus there is a supermarket located on the right. It is very peaceful. Even though there is no lift, there is parking.

Sadly, the hotel was broken, but still very charming in a fantastic location. The lack of air conditioning, which we had to endure for 35 degrees celsius during our stay, black mold in the bathroom ceiling, and fluctuating hot and cold water in the shower all may be improved. Excellent location in the old town, which was good. A small parking lot on a tight slope, but hey, it's all there! And the young women working at the reception and breakfast area were outstanding. Customer-centric and dedicated, for the benefit of the guests. If you are focusing on staying within walking distance to bars and restaurants and need something affordable and simple, without emptying your pocket, this could be it.

It's a disappointing but very beautiful hotel in a great location. The lack of air conditioning was unfortunate 35 de celsius during our stay, the black mold in the bathroom ceiling and the very fluctuating hot and cold water in the shower could be the main issues. What's good about the location in the old town is amazing. But there's parking available a bit. And the young ladies working the reception and breakfast hall were excellent. Service-minded and hardworking for the guests. If you focus on walking distance to bars and restaurants and want something cheap and simple, this could be it.

The best value hotel in an ideal location right next to the bus terminal and the main station, but no noise in the room on the ground floor. Clean, bright, warm, and comfortable room, non-smoking. Has been the perfect place to explore the city. Buffet breakfast is good value for the price of 15 euros, but the menu is very limited over the last half hour.

After a two-night trip to Munich, we stayed here for one night in February. The friendly and helpful staff made check-in easy and stress-free. The room is on the ground floor. Excellent size, clean and comfy room with comfy bed and great hot shower. Excellent location within walking distance of the old town. Overall, it was a great stay, and I will stay here again.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, would definitely stay here again. After spending two nights in Munich, I stayed here for one night. With friendly, helpful staff, check-in was easy and stress-free. The room is on the ground floor. Clean, tidy, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and fantastic hot shower. The old town can be reached on foot from this place.
