This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that The Queen Luxury Apartments - Villa Giorgia has no reception. Please contact the property 30 minutes in advance for check-in arrangements. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. Guests who expect to arrive later than the check-in times mentioned in the Policies are required to contact the property for confirmation. For late check-in, additional check-in fees are applicable. At check-in guests are required to show a valid ID card with photo, as well as a copy of the credit card used for making the reservation. In case this is not presented, the entire amount of the reservation will have to be paid. For reservations made by a third party, you need to fill-in an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and of the credit card used for making the reservation.
