Overall, i heartily suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent, and there were no complicated people nearby, which made me feel safe and comfortable. The hotel also had excellent security measures in place, requiring guests to register when they entered the premises. The hotels customer service was also excellent. The staff was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. They responded to my questions promptly and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The hotel was exceptionally clean and wellmaintained, with elegant decor that gave the property a sophisticated feel. The facilities were also excellent, and the amenities provided were more than adequate. One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic city view from my room. The view was breathtaking, and i enjoyed spending time in my room and taking in the sights and sounds of the city. The bedroom itself was very comfortable and quiet, making it easy for me to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

Very nice room with a window with a very open view and plenty of sunlight. There were many hidden fees, such as cleaning service fees and some taxes, which were not really expected and usual. Maybe the application interface didnt help notice these extra charges clearly when booking, so be careful when booking about the total amount you are paying for your nights. Still no regrets, the room was worth it, the location is perfect, near tourist areas but in a quiet neighborhood, there are big grocery stores next to it and its a 5minute walk to a well connected metro station. Special thanks to ashok, he went above and beyond to find my credit card after checkout and coordinated well for a safe and timely delivery. The building has a swimming pool and gym. And mostly expats stay there. One thing to add is that the closet was not clean enough.

This is a high end property, sparse furnishing but still tasteful and quite adequate for a short stay. With most of the apartments owner own, security is enhance with access card needed for entry, to property itself as well as the car park.

The property is a bit old. Towels are old and torn. The lift moving up and down can be heard constantly throughout the day and night. Train line from both directions are constant, you’ll get use to it. But it certainly will wake you up. Good is the sofa, kitchen, and comfortable bed. TV Streaming and Internet is also good. There’s only two lifts and if one is broken, you’ll wait for very very long, as in nearly 30 minutes. We ended up walking down the stairs. Shower is cold, the hot water is not even warm. Location is ok, it’s near Lala, but to walk to BB, is not that near.

Awful! I had to ask for clean sheets. After two days I got them. I had no TV remote and gave up asking. Was just told the previous guest stole it. There were no bulbs in any sockets except for one . I kept asking for new bulbs and never got any. They communicate through WhatsApp and ignore you. No reception. Nobody knew I was coming and I was made to wait an hour for my room.
