Saya menyewa homestay ini selama 18 hari melalui Airbnb Comfy Homestay. Kondisinya bersih, terawat, dan semua permintaan terpenuhi. Lokasinya mudah dijangkau dan sangat strategis. Tuan rumahnya sangat membantu. Pemandangan indah di siang dan malam hari. Lift aman dan tidak ada masalah seperti yang banyak dibicarakan orang. Sangat direkomendasikan untuk menginap di sini.

The apartment or rooms have a fantastic view. Strong security. However, it requires renovation. The gas stoves were damaged, the pipes were rusty, and the door knob was broken. Water leaks in the walls and ceiling. Nevertheless, its ideal for a group of 12 to 14. Have three bedrooms with two beds each. I have an extra mattress. Large living area.

The spacious space for 2 people is nice. Its luxury. Parking is very convenient. Check in and check out is very easy and fast. There is a swimming pool which i dont have time to explore.

Pelayanan yang sangat baik dari tim The Only BNB. Ruang apartemen sangat luas. Cocok untuk keluarga dengan 10 orang dewasa. Harganya sangat berbaloi dengan ruang apartemen yang luas. Apartemen memiliki 2 kamar tidur dan 1 kamar tambahan yang diubah suasana. Ada 3 kamar mandi, tidak perlu berebut jika datang dengan rombongan besar. Apartemen sangat bersih. Fasilitas layanan apartemen, tetapi petugas seperti hotel. Check-in dan check-out di kasir sangat mudah. Ada layanan kamar seperti hotel. Staf sangat membantu dan menjawab setiap masalah dan masalah. Ruang dapur sangat luas dan nyaman. Ada dapur, boleh memasak, lemari es besar, oven, dan microwave.

Overall, its a great place! The rooms are tastefully renovated to resemble studio apartments, perfect for my airbnb rental. The view of the straits and the surrounding area of tanjong tokong is delightful. There are numerous chain restaurants nearby, and there is a delightful food center concept next door with restaurants. Across the street, there is a mall with a supermarket, a doityourself shop, and other restaurants. There is also another mall on the same side of the street offering a unique experience. The only downside of this place is the elevators, there are only 3 to service 41 floors, so it can get congested during peak hours.

Large home. Only the hall can accommodate over 15 people. The rooms are spacious enough, and the beds are clean and comfortable. Toiletries are not included, our agent neglected to mention this, but there are towels. The building itself has shops, and in front of it is a mall nearby with a McDonalds and other fast food restaurants.

I had some issues with my apple payment at the beginning of checkin, but they fixed it and apologized. Overall, the location is perfect, and their service was very friendly and kind. I disagree with all the other reviews that say the elevator takes 15 minutes it wasnt as bad as they said it was really fast and didnt take that long, the apartment was very clean, and the location was safe for family members, i didnt regret this experience it was more than i expected.

Untuk keluarga yang berlibur dengan ramai, tempat ini cocok. Tergantung desain dari pemilik apartemennya. Kamar tidur ada 3, 1 kamar utama, 1 sedang, yang paling ujung kamarnya kecil dan ditujukan hanya untuk satu orang. Kamar mandi ada 3 (yang 1 lagi di belakang khusus ruang pegawai). Kebetulan saya mendapat apartemen yang ruang tamunya memiliki 2 springbed. Memang kamarnya kecil, tapi lumayan, apalagi bisa melihat pemandangan dari 3 arah, sangat memuaskan. Ada dapur lengkap dengan peralatannya, mesin cuci, setrika, semuanya lengkap. Mungkin bisa membawa sabun mandi dan shampoo sendiri (ada, tapi belum tentu cocok), sendal (tersedia, tapi lebih baik bawa sendiri) Semuanya lengkap.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were excellent. The location was pleasant to me. However, i was locked in the kitchen because one screw held the door from the kitchen to the apartment. This poses a safety issue if someone else isnt in the apartment, and you cant even return to the main apartment. They promised to fix it. The living room table and dining room table were both very stained, but hopefully actually clean. The clothes dryer wasnt functional. The refrigerator worked. The pool was pleasant albeit simple. I did think they were helpful in the office. I would give it four stars. The rooms were excellent, and the beds were cozy. However, some of the other items fell short of expectations.

Each host has their own set of rooms and services. As this apartment is owned by different parties. Like mine, i booked through trip. The apartment is quite spacious, clean, has a karaoke set, an android box tv, coway water, a refrigerator, an oven, a washing machine, and is fully furnished with air conditioning. The owner should add more floor mats or maybe 3in1 drinks. The apartment has access to the swimming pool and car park.

I will definitely recommend it to everyone. A studio apartment for a onenight stay, a great location, and wellfurnished. Great view from the 31st floor unit. But suddenly my friends asked me to join the stay and i ask the host to upgrade to a larger room. Very helpful, quickly he upgraded my stay to a 4room apartment with an additional payment. Was huge and all my family and friends had a great stay.

The gym facilities were fine. The lift was constantly wet due to the pool, and the swimming pool was murky and not clean. The rooms were a bit bare but generally well maintained. There are many places to eat nearby, and there is a lot of local food around the area. The location is great, and the service is great. Very convenient to move around penang if you drive or take grab.
