Accommodation Policy
City Council of Malacca will impose a Local Council Heritage Tax of MYR 2 per room per night for 0-5 star rating. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.
[Now - 31 December 2024] Effective September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check in.

All guests are welcomed to stroll at their leisure in our Orchard Trail Hike – a guided hike with explanation by our Farm Ranger and enjoy free sampling on fruits by season.
3) Movie Night
