The staff picked up our calls every time. They will also call you to notify the check in time and willing to extend for 3 hours when we are having our late lunch. The security guards are kind and helpful to open the doors for you when my girlfriend hurt her toes during shopping. The scenery is wonderful at 8th floor and the unit is new, clean and furnished just like a 5 stars hotel. We enjoy our weekend getaway there and would definitely recommend to any couples!

We are very pleased for the stay. The apartment was clean and in great condition. In a very convenient location. Close to custom. Above a shopping mall. Recommended. We found the bed rather small for two persons. Doesn't look like a queen bed. Otherwise it would be almost perfect with this price.

Staff respond promptly and was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient as it is connected to the bridge from JB CIQ/JB Sentral. Situated within the new R&F Mall so eateries, shops and cinema are all within the precinct. Good security. Apartment is very new, clean and has all that we needed. Just don't really like the pillow. It would be nice if the hotel could offer complimentary mineral water.

Our second stay here. As usual everything was on tip top condition. Utensils and cooking tools are provided as well. great location. Reception was friendly as well. Overall a great stay.

Location was near the Singapore border. It is right by a mall. Everything I needed (grocery store, restaurants) was around me. Convenient location. Property is big, clean. What would have been made the place nicer..... nicer shower gel and better internet. The internet was intermittent, non existent in some rooms. The staff were quick to respond to questions and helpful. Overall good property and would stay again if in the area.

The checkin was very confusing as the office was in one building on the 33rd floor and only an internet dialing kiosk system to advise them that you were there in fact by the time a employee came down there were 4 different booked parties lined up on an outside sidewalk waiting to be taken up where the staff had to do a checkin one at a time. As most were from other countries this took quite a bit of time to chech documents etc. As advertised as an apartment hotel with with limited front desk it was hard to report there no bath towels provided after checkin as by the time a room was assigned due what seemed to be problem with a need to reassign me from the apt. held for me. For all this long process the staff was extremely polite and helpful and helped me a single, older woman with extra luggage across to another building and explain information about how to manage entering and exiting to the upper floors....is a high mall complex still being built so very unfinished in many ways but very convenient and truly secure...note getting in and out with security guards at every doorway....I am a very independent traveler and did need any front desk help until check out but that was difficult as again there was no staff available to reach so they could conduct the necessary check and conduct an inventory required...by running about the elevators and corridors to find someone to alert was this accomplished barely in time....good thing I had no flight to catch...the apartment w

It is clearly stated that there is a washing machine without specifying any types of room booked. I found out that there was no washing machine for studio apartment. Washing machine is only available for other kinds of rooms. Also, there were pans and knives but yet strangely there were no forks and spoons. No large glasses either. In the studio apartment, there were no high stools for eating at the kitchen table. The TV was also not directly in front of the bed. Security Guards were not quite aware of the address of the place even after I showed it to them. It took a while before the guards brought down the staff to bring us up. I think must call them. The actual unit number given to us was also not the same unit number given in the mail after we had booked. There were no signboards of saffroncasa any where. Hosts seemed surprised that we were checking in at 3 plus though we did not send any emails. On the ground floor of the condo, many parts were flooded from the rain. There was not showering facility or any sign stating that swimmers should shower first before getting into the pool. There were also no signs that users in the gym should bring along a towel and wipe the sets clean after use. As such there much perspiration on the seats. It was also a Long walk from the apartment to the gym and Swimming pool and made worse by the rain as large parts of the journey there were unsheltered. The security Guards were extremely on the ball and polite.

男3人旅で利用しました。まずジョホールバルチェックポイントからの行き方(徒歩)が難しかったです。歩道橋を見つけられれば1本道だったんですけどね。次にどの建物か分からない！そして建物まで行った後にどうやって中に入ったらいいか分からない。(結果的には電話やLINEで入口まで迎えに来てもらいました。) チェックイン手続きは至ってスムーズ！ (時間帯が決まってるので気を付けましょう) 3ベッドルームは広いｘ３周辺をウロウロしてればコンビニやスーパーやレストランは沢山ありました。

Good apartment, though Princess Cove is still under construction. The place will definitely be more enjoyable to stay once all is built up. The apartment is walking distance away from 2 malls (City Square and Komtar) and from the CIQ. Overall it is a recommended place to stay in JB. Highly recommended!

The unit is big and clean but without mirror in the bedrooms. It will be easier if owner prepare a box for keys because we need to contact owner for the keys and will be charged even if we arrive late.
