Manajemen, kalau boleh maklumkan di mana resepsionis kepada pelanggan yang telah membuat tempahan di aplikasi website. Ini untuk memudahkan para pelanggan agar tidak keliru dengan manajemen lain yang berada di apartemen tersebut. Bagi siapa yang ingin booking di sini, apartemen ini memiliki 2 pihak manajemen. Salah satunya terletak di lantai 1 iaitu The Art dan lantai 2 bagi Sri Sayang Management. Bagi siapa yang booking di bawah Sri Sayang, silakan pergi ke lantai Bab kamar semuanya baik-baik saja, bersih, hanya dapur gas tidak boleh digunakan, mangkuk dan sudu tidak disediakan, hanya water hearer. Ada 2 kamar, 1 tempat tidur queen dan 2 tempat tidur bujang, AC ada setiap kamar dan kipas dinding.

The location is good and the place is clean. Close to the beach 5 to 10 minutes walk. No problem for dinner except breakfast not many shops open in the morning. The only problem was cashless parking and we had to pay for our parking each time we were driven out eventually we spent a lot on parking fees overnight parking rm 10 and each drive out charging by hrs.

Pembayaran parkir menggunakan kad Touch n Go SAHAJA. Area parkirnya banyak dan aman. Caj parkir 30 menit pertama gratis, setelah 30 menit akan dicaj RM 1 setiap sejam. Pemandangan balkoni menghadap laut. Anda dapat melihat matahari terbenam jika cuaca memungkinkan. Ada kolam renang yang dibuka dari jam 9 pagi hingga 7 petang. Tempatnya agak strategis untuk ke mana saja di dalam pulau. Parkirnya banyak dan aman. Parkir Caj 30 menit yang pertama adalah percuma, setelah 30 menit akan dicaj RM 1 setiap jam. Maksimum biaya parkir sehari adalah RM 10. Pembayaran parkir menggunakan kad Touch n Go SAHAJA.

We had a wonderful time in room 502, which is fantastic! Reserved through other platforms. There are many amenities available, including utensils and kitchens, an iron, tvs with hair dryers on, washing machines and dryerers, water heaters etc. In front of the apartment for breakfast, there is rice, bread, and noodles with sambals (2 rm) sold. Walk 500 meters to the west for lunch and dinner, where there are numerous meal options. You can order food using grabfood, which may be slightly more expensive if you dont want to walk.

If we visit batu feringghi, my family and i always stay here. The environment is pleasant, and the kids will love swimming in the pool. Food area, petrolnas, or the night market in fermentinggia are all easily accessible.

If you intend to stay by the beach, this place is a great option. Georgetown is about 20 to 30 minutes away from this location, but there are cafes nearby. Although the building is old, the apartment was decently clean and basic. While it may not be the most luxurious place, its primarily suited for budgetconscious travelers.

5 months ago The apartment here is very clean and the 2 rooms are basic but very comfortable for 4 people. Free wifi, astro and netflix are available. However parking is charged and very limited. Walking past the pool towards the main entrance and across the road is the beach. Food courts are only 2 minutes away, the night view is nice and quite windy if one sits on the balcony. The front door entrance facing the hills is so welcoming and so green. We are very satisfied with our unit.

This place is definitely one of the best places to stay in penang with a great sea view. The security staff are friendly. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very convenient to find street food and hawkers (5 minutes walking distance) 10 minutes stroll to famous batu ferringhi night market. Two thumbs up.
