Each host has their own rooms and services. Because this apartment is owned by different parties. Like mine, which was reserved through trip. The apartment was quite large, clean, had a karaoke set, an android box tv, coway water, sanitizer, oven, washing machine, and was fully furnished with air conditioning. However, the owner should add more floor mats or maybe 3in1 drinks. Additionally, guests have access to the swimming pool and parking lot.

Untuk liburan bersama keluarga yang ramai, tempat ini sangat cocok. Tergantung desain dari pemilik apartemennya. Kamar tidur ada 3, 1 kamar utama, 1 sedang, yang paling ujung kamarnya kecil dan ditujukan hanya untuk 1 orang. Kamar mandi ada 3 (yang 1 lagi di belakang khusus ruang pegawai). Kebetulan saya mendapat apartemen yang ruang tamunya dilengkapi dengan 2 springbed. Memang kamarnya kecil, tapi lumayan, apalagi bisa melihat pemandangan 3 arah, sangat memuaskan. Ada dapur lengkap dengan peralatannya, mesin cuci, setrika, semuanya lengkap. Mungkin bisa membawa sabun mandi dan sampo sendiri (ada, tapi belum tentu cocok), sendal (tersedia, tapi bagusnya bawa sendiri) Semuanya lengkap.

The location is excellent, and the service is outstanding. If you drive or take grab, its quite convenient to explore penang. There are numerous dining options nearby, as well as local cuisine. Although somewhat empty, the rooms were generally wellmaintained. Since there werent enough power outlets in the kitchen, we had to boil water near the tv. The condo facilities were a little worn out. Due to the pool, it was constantly wet, while the swimming pool was murky and unclean. Do not suggest using the pools level showers or changing facilities because there is no glass in them, so the higher floors of the condo behind look directly into the toilet. Gym appeared to be fine.

Overall, this is a great place! The rooms have been tastefully renovated to resemble studio apartments, ideal for my airbnb rental. The room has showcasing tasteful craftsmanship. It offers dazzling views of the straits and the nearby tanjong tokong region. There are numerous chain restaurants surrounding the establishment, and there is an excellent food center concept next door with restaurants. A mall with dozens of dining options, onsite shopping, as well as upscale dining alternatives, is located across the street. Another mall on the same side of town offers unique experiences. However, the lift is the only drawback of this establishment there are only three to service 41 floors, which can get congested during peak hours.

I like the spacious space for 2 people. Its luxury. Parking is very convenient. Checking in and out is easy and fast. There is a swimming pool which i dont have time to explore.

Saya menginap selama 18 hari di homestay ini melalui aplikasi lain. Homestay ini sangat bagus dan nyaman. Lokasinya mudah dijangkau dan sangat strategis. Tuan rumah sangat membantu. Pemandangan indah di siang dan malam hari. Lift aman dan tidak ada masalah seperti banyak keluhan orang. Sangat direkomendasikan untuk menginap di sini.

Apartemen The Landmark by Katana adalah tempat yang sangat direkomendasikan untuk beristirahat. Bersih, nyaman, dan aman dengan keamanan 24 jam. Di depan apartemen ada mini market dan dekat dengan KFC.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were excellent. Good outlook. I enjoyed the location. However, i was locked in the kitchen because one screw held the door from the cooking to the apartment. If someone else wasnt in your apartment, that could be a little problematic. You couldnt actually enter the main apartment back then. They promised to fix it. The living room table and dining room tables were both very discolored but hopefully clean. There wasn't sanitized clothes dryer. A refrigerator did. It was merely mediocre pool. At the office, they seemed to be helpful. 4 stars for me. Although the accommodations were decent and had comfortable mattresses, some of the other items fall short of what was expected.

I had some issues with my apple payment at the beginning of checkin, but they fixed it and apologized. Overall, the location is perfect, and their service was very friendly and kind. I disagree with all the other reviews that say the elevator takes 15 minutes it wasnt as bad as they said it was really fast and didnt take that long, i didn't regret this experience it exceeded my expectations.

I stayed in a studio apartment for one night. The location is great, the furnishings are well furnished. Great view from the 31st floor unit. But suddenly my friends asked me to join the stay and then i asked the host to upgrade to xlarger space. Very helpful, he quickly upgraded my stay to 4 room apartment. With additional payment was very much and all my family and friends had fab time. I will definitely recommend it to everyone. Clean and spacious view.

The apartment or rooms offer a stunning view. The security measures are strict, but it requires renovation. There were gas stoves damaged, rusty pipes, and deteriorating door knobs. Water leaks from the walls and ceiling into the rooms. However, its ideal for ages 12 to 14. There are three bedrooms with two beds each. I have reclaimed cots in the living room.

The house is spacious and can accommodate more than 15 people. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds are comfortable and clean. Toiletries are not included (our agent failed to inform us about this) but there are towels. There are shops in the building itself, and in front of it is a mall nearby where there is also mr. McDonalds and other fast food joints.
