The owner was very generous and gave us a detailed breakdown of everything to eat and do in malacca. The rooms were clean, the wifi was fast and the location was good, quite close to places of interest and food places.

The owner is very friendly and willing to share delicious food and attractions of melaka with customers. The owner is very helpful and helps us with any problems we encountered during our holiday. Recommended. There is really nothing to say about the environment of this bandb. I have booked four hotels on application, and this one is the best. It has good service and a good environment. It is not as busy as other hotels, and the owner is also very nice and funny.

You must stay at the One if youre looking for a view like this in the heart of one of malaccas best areas! Because of my work, i stay at various hotels in different parts of the country because i work as a cabin crew. But i never anticipated a fivestar hotel to be as good as it is! Even better! Even before we met him, the proprietor was incredibly welcoming. He provided us with all the information we needed to safely travel from kl to the destination, and when we arrived, he detailed in detail everything we needed to know to enjoy the city to the fullest. Everything, including the common areas, was spotless and tidy. Everything was provided in our room. Additionally, the proprietor was gracious enough to let us keep our bags and charge our phones even after checkout. We are extremely grateful for the proprietors generosity and his commitment to providing topnotch service.

Highly recommended, its conveniently located near all major attractions. Convenience stores are also nearby. Steven is a great host who provides detailed information on the locations, when, and what aspects of places to visit. He was kind enough to drop us off at the bus station when my daughter wasnt feeling well. Equipped with tea, coffee, and noodles as well. Worth the money.
