This condominium is conveniently located in the heart of the town area, near komtar and behind kdu college. There are two towers, towers a and b. The units are quite large. Some units have three rooms while others have two. Facilities are wellkept. They have an infinity pool, a gym, an aerobic room, and a multipurpose hall. The parking system is the only thing i dislike about the building. You must ascend spirals to park in the residences parking, which can be quite difficult, especially if your car park is on level 10. Aside from that, everything is convenient, with shops and a few restaurants on the ground floor. Security is quite tight, as you must have an access card to enter the lift and enter the parking lot.

We reserved a twobedroom apartment, allowing us to accommodate up to ten people. The location is favorable, and the rooms are impeccably clean. The only drawback is the parking area, as it requires a trip up and around the ramp, covering at least 10 floors. Additionally, we were only provided with one parking space.

Lokasi hotel dekat dengan pusat kota. Suasana hotel nyaman dan cukup bersih. Hanya saja saat ini sedang dalam proses pembangunan sehingga belum selesai dengan sempurna.

Apartemen ini memiliki pemandangan terbaik sejauh ini. Unitnya bukan tipe apartemen yang luas, cukup kecil, tapi dengan jendela besar yang menghadap ke laut itu anugerah, memiliki pemandangan laut yang luar biasa. Secara keseluruhan, nyaman dengan kitchen set yang lengkap, ruang tamu dengan karpet yang cukup nyaman bagi saya yang hobi bergerak-gerak di karpet wkwk. Ada 3 buku yang pemiliknya juga bisa dibaca, satu buku berbahasa Inggris, dua buku berbahasa Belanda. Lokasinya strategis di antara klinik-klinik segala macam, yang saya juga tidak tahu klinik mana saja. Keluar pintu apartemen terlihat halte bus, tinggal jalan 2 menit dan beberapa bus rapid Penang lewatin jalan Macalister. Ada pasar malam di beberapa gang, hawker stall yang buka 24 jam juga pagi, surga kuliner bagi yang bisa makan. Bagi yang mencari makanan halal, pelita nasi kandar yang buka 24 jam nggak pernah sepi, pilihan makanan dan minuman juga banyak di pelita. Di depan toko masih ada toko oleh-oleh Ghee Hiang, jual tau sar peah (saya tidak tahu status kehalalannya, tapi lihat foto review lain ada logo halal MUM, yang punya informasi bisa bagikan). Sebelum rumah makan pelita nasi kandar ada Ban Heang Macalister, toko oleh-oleh makanan khas Pulau Pinang tersertifikasi halal dari majelis ulama Malaysia. Pilihannya banyak banget di sini mulai dari tau sar peah, biskut tambun,
