A good value for the price, professional staff the area wasn’t any worse than a lot of areas in Manila where you have to deal with crowded uneven dirty sidewalks if you want to walk anywhere

Your experience with the property will depend on which apartment you get. They are all individually owned. I stayed in 3 different ones - one was beautiful and well equipped, one had peeling wallpaper everywhere and no coffee maker. Good location. I will stay there again but I got the contact info for the owner of the well appointed apartment.

Kami tinggal di apartemen dua kamar tidur dan dia melaporkan bahwa AC dan ketel listrik kami rusak dan toilet retak dan pantat kami tersangkut. Pemilik mengatakan akan datang untuk memperbaikinya besok, tetapi tidak ada yang datang setelah kami tinggal selama 4 hari. Juga tidak ada layanan pembersihan. Rumah bisa menampung 6 orang, tapi tidak bagus jika hanya memberi satu kunci. AC di salah satu kamar sangat bising dan exhaust fan di kamar mandi sangat keras sehingga saya tidak bisa tidur tanpa penutup telinga. Rumah ini pasti sudah direnovasi lebih dari 30 tahun yang lalu, sangat rusak, meskipun beberapa tahun yang lalu dicat, tetapi sekarang sudah terkelupas. Seluruh rumah mengingatkan kita pada film "Pin" lebih dari 20 tahun yang lalu, ha! Katanya ada minyak dan bumbu di dapur, tapi tidak ada. Tidak ada pengering rambut di kamar mandi, jadi tidak bisa menyewanya. Kolam renang dan gym juga sudah berumur 30 tahun, letaknya di lantai paling atas, jalan setapaknya terbuat dari semen yang sudah usang sehingga terlihat aneh. Saya yakin sebagian besar orang tidak berani menggunakan kolam renang dan gym! Istri sangat berguna. Keunggulannya adalah ruang tamu dan kamar memiliki jendela besar, menghadap ke matahari terbenam Teluk Manila kelas dunia. Namun kacanya sangat kotor dan banyak cat menetes di atasnya. Sof di ruang tamu sudah sangat tua dan sulit untuk diduduki. Kami mengirim dua surat kepada pemiliknya melalui aplikasi, satu tidak dibalas dan yang lainnya membutuhkan waktu 3 hari untuk dibalas.

A friend of mine lives there, and his apartment is elegantly designed due to the granite and marble finishes. However, the elevators need to be fixed. The only thing that makes the area appear cheap, though, is the breathtaking view all around. Sunrise and sunset are visible. Its a nice sight to watch the clear view of manila bay.

The hotel is good, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is european with many different food options. The cleanliness is good and the staff are very polite and helpful.

Som jag har förstått det är detta separata lägenheter (sviter) som ägs av olika privatpersoner/företag. Sviterna hyrs ut när ägarna själva inte väljer att bo där. Det innebär i sin tur att standarden mellan de olika sviterna troligtvis kan skilja sig mycket åt. Den är inte enhetlig som på ett vanligt hotell. På så sätt kan det nog bli lite av ett lotteri om man får en högre eller lägre standard på boendet. Eventuellt ställs det minimikrav som måste uppfyllas men det är inget jag känner till. Jag bodde högt upp i byggnaden och en stor fördel med det var den fantastiska utsikten över Manila Bay. Dock saknas balkong. Fönsterna var bra ljudisolerade. Jag testade poolen på taket och den var ok, men det var ett väldigt konstigt sätt att ta sig dit. När man väl kom upp på taket är det svårt att hitta första gången. Man behöver gå förbi stora tankar, kliva över halvmeterhöga hinder och gå på smala gångar, där man inte tror att man får gå, innan man till slut kommer fram till trappan upp till poolen - som oftast är helt öde. Man får ha den för sig själv. Väl framme är det ok. Utsikten över Manila från poolområdet är fantastisk och man får en uppfattning om hur stort Manila verkligen är. Sammantaget är min upplevelse positiv. Läget känns bra. En fördel är närheten till köpcentrumet Robinsons Place som ligger i närheten.
