Please see our house rules below: 1) Standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 pm. 2) Early check-in before 5:00 am will be subject to full day charge while check-in from 5AM onwards will be subject to an additional 50% early check-in charge. 3) Late check-out until 4:00 pm will be subject to an additional 50% fee. Beyond 4:01 pm will be charged an equivalent to a full night’s stay. 4) Maximum of two (2) adults will be allowed inside the Deluxe Rooms and four (4) adults for Suite Rooms. Visitors must be registered at the Front Desk. 5) Smoking is not allowed on premises. A penalty of PHP 5,000.00 will be charged for every infraction well as confiscation of tobacco, vape, and other illegal products. 6) Cleaning and changing of linens will be done in between stays. Long stay guests could have their rooms cleaned and linens changed every 3 days. 7) The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee for stained linens, losses, and breakages in the room for the duration of your stay. 8) The hotel will not be liable for any valuables left inside the room as governed by the civil code of the Philippines. 9) The hotel reserves the right to institute necessary action in case of self check-out, non-compliance, disorderly conduct, or failure to pay upon demand of an outstanding amount. 10) Any deliveries should be received by the guest. The hotel will not accept deliveries on behalf of the guest. 11) The guest acknowledgement and agreements on and complies with the hotel’s House Rules. 12) We will also collect a security deposit amounting to Php 1,000 upon check in but this is refundable upon check out if you did not consume any additional fee/s.13) Please bring a valid government ID and vaccination card upon check in. 14) We also offer breakfast at an additional charge of Php 209.00nett per person (this includes your choice of breakfast bowl & drip coffee/brewed iced tea)
