We stayed at this guesthouse for 2 nights. It's in a good location near a metro station and is pretty cheap. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but enough. Everything is clean and the bed is comfortable. There is fast free wifi and plenty of channels most in English. We will definitely come back.

Unlike the others in the region, unless the property is fixed, I will not return there. The lobby and entrance are stunning. The room only supplies one cup of tea, and we were two people in the room. The presence of tea bags, sugar, or milk is also absent. The worst part was cleanliness. After checking in and getting my shoes off, my feet were so filthy black that I had to put them back on. The room is really dark, and some of the lights are on but not working. There isn't enough cooling. Even with all the lights on, the rooms are very dark, and some have not even turned on. But, on the plus side, their restaurants downstairs are excellent, with a fantastic breakfast area and excellent service. Even when 23 groups came at the same time to eat, we had a lovely service from a lady named Hind, who was always incredibly helpful.

This hotel is located in an excellent area of newer Lisbon. The room was spotless, but the bed was a touch soft for our liking, and the bathroom had all of the amenities. We were on the eighth floor, so it was very quiet. Breakfast was included in the price of our room and had everything you could want for breakfast. We were able to walk to all the attractions.

Overall, a fantastic stay, I was only appalled by the constant chaos in the lobby. The hotel is in a good location, and the common areas are what you'd expect from a hotel, but are on the small side. The room was wonderful, clean, and roomy. The housekeeping was fantastic. Room service was excellent as well, a few small issues were quickly resolved. However, due to the receptionist, I won't give the hotel five stars. There was always chaos going on. It was impossible to find help with our luggage when we got to the hotel and neither when we checked out. The receptionist never answered the phone, it seems they're understaffed.

It's in a strategic location with a good room service and good condition. The only bad thing is the dusty room. We asked for it to be vacuumed, but I don't think they ever did it because it's still dusty. But overall, we will come back to Sofitel again.

It's not a five-star hotel, but the staff, happy hour, and wonderful breakfast buffet make it worthwhile spending a few nights here. I was originally supposed to stay three nights but ended up staying an additional two. As much as I enjoy a tasty meal, I didn't get a chance to try dinner or lunch at the hotel, but I did experience a breakfast with plenty of options. The happy hour was my favorite time of the day, along with live music every night. I would prefer softer towels, but everything was fine. The rooftop is no longer a meeting space as I was disappointed to learn. Check us next time.
