The hotel is very elegant and modern, and the rooms are fully equipped with all kitchenware and laundry facilities. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are big. Great location, right next to the train station. The front desk service is good and the price is reasonable. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

The employees here were friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, he even grind at the staff when he came. The environment is also spotless and tastefully kept. Besides that, the entire package was wonderful.

The location of the hotel is close to Westfield and cod. And then, the pool is fully hot and the atmosphere is really cool. After that, the room was large and modern. Subsequently, they gave us a room upgrade and a free minibar.

The novel parramatta is situated right across the tram line from the riverside theatre making it ideal for a performance. The hotel is compact but nice, though the rooms might be better soundproofed. We could hear the neighbors and the doors slamming in the corridor. The bed was great. I do hope that the actor stops using perfume in public places, but it doesn't make us feel at home and negatively affects the taste of food or drink in the dining areas.

The room was nice, nice, and central in Parramatta. Cost was reasonable, and parking was provided. When I checked, I parked my car, and the reserved parking lot was filled. Reception welcomed me and happily let me use a different parking lot. Although a little awkward, it was adequate. I took the elevator from the parking lot to the first floor but couldn't locate my room, so I went back down only to be told I needed to use another set of elevators. Again, a little awkward. The person who asked to have my all membership number added to my reservation said: Oh, but your company booked it, which annoyed me the most. She ultimately wrote my number down on the booking form, not sure if it ever got entered. I am currently in all gold status, so I decided against further action because I don't enjoy dealing with it. I did, however, receive no confirmation of my status or any additional payment based on my all rights at gold status. Whats the point of a program if it isn't properly administered? Apart from the factors above, the front desk staff was largely knowledgeable. Apart from that, the stay was excellent, but it was just one night in and out, so I never really had an opportunity to interact with the staff again. It will undoubtedly have been regrettable.

This place is very good, near to the railway station, westfield, and restaurants, The mantra restaurant only serves breakfast, so the kitchenette is very useful. The housekeeping team is very talented and accommodating.

This hotel is not worth the price we pay. The ac is broken and if you complain, they will fix it, but until then, they do not care about the comfort of their customers. The location is good. But the room service and standard rooms are not good. The rooms are small and there are no locker facilities, dental kits or kitchenette.

The mantra hotel parramatta welcomes me with open arms and promises to keep the stay a good one. When I arrived at the mantra hotel parramatta, there was a friendly and professionally run reception team who made the stay memorable for the right reasons. When a minor problem with the mattress, reception quickly fixed it and even followed up to make sure it was fixed. This was a routine for the reception team. Throughout our stay, they always went above and beyond. The hotel is close to Westfield Parramatta, there is plenty of parking onsite for a reasonable price, and church it Restaurant is not far away and Church it Restaurant is just a 5 minute walk away. Unfortunately, the last two years have not been kind to this hotel, with rooms starting to show their age. Nothing, that a good investment from the hotel owner would be able to repair and restore this hotel back to its former glory. Some issues include beds that are starting to sag because of age the toilet roll holder is damaged, the same with the shower curtain peeling paint on the balcony, and the shower curtain peeling paint on the balcony. The tes are at an uncomfortable angle dusty rooms as the housekeepers are pushed off their feet sadly a trend in all hotels due to a lack of hospitality staff and not a reflection of the hotel or the staff working at their highest to keep the hotels running

I highly recommend this hotel. The best place I have been to stay, and this place is close to transportation, restaurants, and shops. The place also has good service and the staff.

I've always wanted to stay in the Parramatta region, so I've always liked booking at the Holiday Inn. In addition to the helpful personnel, convenient location of Westfield Parramatta and Parramatta Station, when bundled with the lodging, they offer a fantastic breakfast rate. Unfortunately, my breakfast experience somewhat spoiled my visit. We discovered a table in the rather crowded room after checking in at the dining room due to a large tour group remaining at the hotel. Halfway through our breakfast, I was approached by I suppose the manager on the breakfast shift in a loud voice telling me in a loud voice that I had not included breakfast as part of my accommodation and that I would be charged an additional charge at checkout. I had my email receipt confirming that I had, and it was even confirmed when I checked in. Despite the offer to show my email, the mar said he would check with reception later in a rather loud voice. We both felt a little embarrassed about being the early dinner entertainment. After we had finished our breakfast, most of the diners had left by that time, the mar again met us to say everything was ok, no apologies for his false accusations, but he was quite friendly. Anyway, even this marred our stay.

Since a long time, we have enjoyed staying at this hotel, and we always do so because of the excellent care we receive. Nothing is too much difficulty. The employees are very helpful. The hotel is near transportation, a site, and a more than adequate parking lot. Worth a visit.

The rooms are good but the amenities are just basic. The wash basin in the toilet is very low and uncomfortable. The breakfast spread is very limited. The fruits are not very ripe. Really the redeeming thing is that it is so close to the mall and many restaurants.

This was my 10th time staying in my favorite spa suite. Nice and quiet, very clean room. As always the staff is very helpful and friendly. Always looking forward to breakfast here and sneaking a pastry for later. We will be back soon.
