I stayed at this hotel when I travel alone. This hotel offers exceptional service. Because the budget hotels in Japan are overwhelmingly small, this hotel is ideal for small visitors. The security is excellent, and it is not too pleasant. Better than other alternatives. There are a hospital and a bus stop in front of the hotel. You can rent a bicycle at the hospital bicycle stand if you have a Coca Card. Service from the hotel is excellent. Students interested in studying at Okayama University should consider staying at this hotel. You'll reach Okayama University if you cross the street.

Hotel nya minimalis tp lengkap dan nyaman. Kurangnya cuma gak ada house keeping yg beresin kamar kalo nginap lbh dr 1 malam. Pas check out gak ada cek barang2 dulu ama petugas hotelnya. Langsung keluar gtu ajja. Tau gtu sabun2nya dbawa pulang 🤣🤣🤣

The price is not worth it for the location because it is close to the train station. Although the room size is big and tidy, the breakfast here is also not satisfactory because the internet connection is also very poor and the remote control is actually Japanese. The breakfast is very bad.

Our stay here was so relaxing, especially for the employee who always gave very good service and respect when we arrived there. The atmosphere was so cool, I particularly like the comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. The location is also very close to the castle and gardens. The atmosphere of the hotel also has a bar where you can enjoy your drink rather than buying beers at a vending machine.

If you enjoy walking and exploring instead of staying inside, you must look no farther than the neon mall across the street for shopping, dining, and entertainment. However, the surrounding area and the easy access to the underground station open a wide range of options. There are numerous buses and taxis available, as well as a bike rental at the station, so you can quickly spread out from this central location with a variety of direct back routes. The room was average in terms of size and style for this type of business hotel in Japan. Nothing distinctive about it, but it served its purpose. The room's lighting and air conditioning could be controlled by a panel on the side of the desk next to the bed, which I wish would be available in more business hotels. It's hard to go wrong with the ark hotel for a cheap hotel in a central position. I will certainly stay here again on a future visit to Okayama city.

The hotel is around 1 am walk from or station, ok to me very close to the castle, the two bedroom is cozy and spacious, the hotel itself is somewhat old but still well maintained and organized, the staff is kind and helpful, the room cleaning is good. It is located about 10 minutes walk from Okama station. Check-in was simple, and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and they even included a simple breakfast which I didn't even know was available. So that was good. There is a tram stop nearby, making it easy to explore the city.

As a budget business hotel, it has all the basics including a comfortable sleep, basic amenities, room wifi, and free breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a reasonably wide selection of western and Japanese cuisine as well as fruits. Free coffee is also offered throughout the day. The room is a little too small, and it has some signs of aging, such as wallpaper peeling off. However, it is still very clean and tidy. In terms of location, it is a stone's throw from the main sights of Okayama, namely the Kraken garden and Okama castle. It is also a comfortable stroll to the main station or about an hour by tram.

Hotel excel is strategically located near tram station Okama and station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and surrounded by river and park. It was quiet, very clean, and well appointed. Interior finishes and bathroom could use some updating.

This hotel is ideal for a stopover because it is near a bus stop and an or stop. Breakfast was generous, and the standard set out by the hotel expected. The bed is firm, and there is free high-speed wifi in each room. Each room has a unique password to protect it, and guests can store their luggage there. We received a twin room, which had a little narrow floor size to open luggage.

I like the clean and efficient staff, and the free continental breakfast which is good quality especially with fresh baked croissants. But I think the size is small. This hotel is also convenient from Okayama station. But still very annoying as the room is small. Plus I can hear the car racing outside on Friday night even on the floor.
