It was very pleasant! In a fantastic location near dhoby ghaut, making transportation very simple. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessities. Additionally, the staff members, nancy and deepa, were friendly and always willing to help. A great choice if youre in orchard.

This was a fantastic place to stay. We were upgraded for free because the room we had originally reserved was broken. We were greeted with chilled water as soon as we arrived at the hotel, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout our entire stay, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent for the price, with a wide variety for everyone.

The location is nice and convenient for all major attractions in singapore. We stayed here for a month. Its perfect for an evening stroll to the fort canning and clark quay. The staff is helpful and friendly. The reception is about fine. But the other staff is very helpful. Cons not a great breakfast spread and not available on weekends and public holidays. No emergency medical kit available. We wanted it once and the receptionist asked us to go and buy which we didnt have to ask for.

The apartment is very comfortable and very clean. The staff is nice and welcoming. The breakfast is good. A nice invitation to the chinese new year dinner. My son received a cake. We feel like at home. Thank you so much to all the adina team for the high quality of our stay.

Fantastic! The area is immaculate. My family of six enjoys the threebedroom apartment. Clean towels and daily necessities are always provided. The gyms size is the sole drawback. Even though we are staying at the highest level, the cars along orchard road can be a little too noisy at night. Everything else is ideal. Fantastic front desk staff as well!.

This was our first time staying at adina and cant recommend it enough. The room was immaculately clean courtesy of the cleaning team. The breakfast room staff did an amazing job and were all very helpful. Great location a short walk to dhoby ghaut mrt or Somerset. Great facilities a small kitchen if you want to cook i didnt eat the food is too good in singapore, washing machine and dryer which was handy. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was quiet. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in singapore.

I want to thank you and thank you for the service and care my family received at regency house for a month. All the staff here who we came into contact with were professional, kind, helpful, attentive, and friendly. We also appreciate one auntie who cleans our unit and gave us a thoughtful gift a beautiful handcrafted mousepad. It touches us for her generosity, and despite her busy schedule, she spares her time making the mousepad for us. Great location, surrounded by lots of amenities. Thank you again for making my family feel so welcome and thank you for putting extra cleaning effort during this pandemic situation. We will recommend your place to our colleagues, family, and friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adina. The location is excellent and convenient. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The room is cleaned with a stable wifi connection and a wide variety of devices available. They offer a complimentary breakfast with a delicious variety of food and fresh fruits, which was a great way to start my day most of the time. The rooftop swimming pool is a great place to unwind, but unfortunately, i didnt have time to enjoy it during my stay. If my company offered me the opportunity again, i would return.

Where do i begin with how wonderful this place is? From the time of booking to arriving and being greeted by a wonderful woman (Serena??? i couldnt quite read her name badge sorry, no glasses on so i couldnt read her name badge. The room was great with enough space for all the boys. The pool was great and it was hard to get them out to see the sights. And then theres breakfast. Free on weekdays and such a great choice every day. Walking distance to plaza singapura and orchard road, etc. I highly recommend regency house. And to regency house thank you for a wonderful stay.

Adina serviced apartments is far superior to a hotel room. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. The gym needs to be larger and have more equipment. The pool is lovely and clean. Excellent continental breakfast with a variety of options, excellent rooms, and a delicious continental breakfast with many options.

Adina was one of the few serviced residences that allowed dogs, which was greatly appreciated when my renos were delayed and my dogs, my husband, and i needed a place to stay. My dogs enjoyed being orchard road dogs for a while while i enjoyed grocery shopping at donki and plaza singapura. The kitchenette is useful, as is the washer and dryer. The room was also comfortable and clean. I was most concerned about my dogs safety, and the housekeeping team worked to coordinate with my schedule so that they could clean only when i was around. My dogs were kept safe. Taking the service elevator while with them was not an issue. Breakfast could use some variety, but the ladies managing the lounge were always so pleasant and welcoming. Service was adequate, although there was very little information or followup after a blackout one night. Everyone on the floor sat in darkness hoping for the best. Maybe calls or announcements could have been made to ensure guests that a correction was on the way. Must mention the excellent service provided by shao han, who patiently answered my questions and queries from start to end. He made the process seamless and must be commended for going above and beyond.
