We can't express how much we love andwe. Our four nights at kawandwe, on the Uplands Homestead, were just finished. It was a wonderful family celebration that we will always cherish. The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and pleasant. We had the most amazing game experiences under the watchful eye of our ranger, brendon, and tracker, dennis, including seeing all five big game on one of our hour drives. We also learned a lot from our guides, particularly during a vital big game walking safari. We loved our coffee and hot chocolate breaks and sundowner cocktails at the end of the day. Back at uplands, some and kaya took care of us and offered tasty meals prepared by the talented boku. Our twin daughters, who turned 12 during our visit, were given a wonderful birthday dinner. Also, try the massages, they were heavenly.

Overwhelming all our expectations, we stayed there for a week with our family and loved every minute of it. Brendan and Jay were the best team we've ever gone on a safari with and simply kept finding amazing sights. There were cheetah kills, leopard mating, lion cheetah cubs, herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and many more, just amazing. The house team at Uplands took wonderful care of us. Delicious home-cooked meals, great drinks, and luxurious rooms and bathrooms immaculately maintained. You can't recommend this to go on a private, stunning family safari. Wow, many..

Our 4 year old son and I finally went on our first real safari to Africa after traveling 14 times. I had read the reviews and chose the one only and cellars hohenort. It was another experience. I didn't have many expectations because I was woken up at 2 am on vacation but I will never forget it to begin with. The cozy, peaceful morning game viewing with birds chirping was a wonderful way to get back to nature. I will never forget anything and I'm so grateful to you and your guide, Brian. We appreciate all the wonderful trip and we hope to be back and do it all again. I really enjoy having a great experience here. Including my four-year-old son and my laws.

This was our second time visiting South Africa's game reserve. We stayed at Uplands Homestead Lodge, a beautiful old farmhouse that was well-kept and updated to include suites in each of the three bedrooms. There was a dining room, living room, furnished verandah, pool, and outdoor eating area. The food was lovely and filling! Nothing was too much difficulty for the lodge staff or our tracker and guide on the game drives.
