The apartments are clean, safe and comfortable to stay. Tanita and her team are very friendly and willing to accommodate out requests. The check in process was smooth once receiving the email notification for the pin to get our key. In our case, we arrived a little earlier and Tanita was so nice and grant the room access for us. The amenities inside apartments are nice for family stay. The hotel location is convenient for the 10 minutes commute to central train station, ferry and bus hub by taking No. 20 bus with the cheapest fee (2CHF) . Our day trips to Mt. Pilatus and Mt. Rigi were delightful. Thanks again to Tanita and all staff.

For four people, it was a pleasant fournight stay. Neat and tidy. The location is excellent. There are frequent buses to the center and a bus stop is close by. The online and secure checkin procedure is quite secure. The essential utensils are in the kitchen. We visited in the winter and didnt have to go searching for snow to play in. We had a great time on the playground just outside.

Apartemen ini sangat direkomendasikan untuk kami berempat, dengan luas yang dikelilingi oleh kaca, dilengkapi dengan peralatan dapur lengkap, kitchenset, ruang makan, kamar tidur, dan balkon. Lokasinya hanya 1 stasiun dari stasiun utama Lucern. Harganya tidak terlalu mahal untuk kelas Swiss, kami di sini selama 3 hari 2 malam, sekitar 2 juta rupiah.

The apartments are comfortable, safe, and secure. They are very affordable for longer stays. The studio apartments are neat, spacious, and clean.

I stayed with 2 teenage children for 3 nights. The room was spacious with a queen size bed and a sofa bed in a separate room. The location is only 5 minutes walk from the bus stop and allmend train station with a calm atmosphere and beautiful views of mount pilatus. There is a grocery store right next to the building. Highly recommended for a family stay.

I will definitely recommend this apartment. Very nice apartment. The location is also good, 10 minutes from lucerne train station. Good for long and short stays, especially for families. The kitchen was well equipped. They were careful to provide an umberalla, ironbox, table, and power adaptor. The only problem i faced was that the air conditioner didnt circulate or cool the room. But the weather was good so it didnt bother much. They gave lucerne travel pass which is useful for commutes in lucerne.

Lucerne adalah akomodasi yang sangat sentral tetapi agak kecil. Sewa kamar di Swiss mahal. Namun, Lucerne yang kecil tapi indah dan damai menarik banyak wisatawan Vietnam untuk datang ke sini.

Nice place to stay when visiting lucernen. All automated checkin. Security doors, nice quiet surrounding. Good kitchen. Free use of the wachine machines in the common area on the ground floor. Cons the nearest grocery shop closes at 6 pm. After that you have to go all the way up to lucern station to buy food and other groceries. A bit far from the city center. But easily accessible by bus within 10 minutes.

The location was cool. The grocery store is very close and very helpful. The only problem is the bath area which is not enclosed properly and the water flows out. This makes the area a bit untidy. This apartment is very comfortable. We were 4 in a family and the space was more or less adequate. The reception system is automatic right from picking up the apartment key. The kitchen was great.

Semuanya sangat bagus. Apartemen nyaman, semua yang Anda butuhkan ada di kamar. Dekat dengan pusat kota dan satu halte kereta. Di sebelah rumah terdapat toko kelontong dan kompleks olahraga mewah dengan kolam renang. Rekomendasi terbaik.

Sangat menjijikan! Ada jamur, kotoran, dan noda di mana-mana! Kami benar-benar tidak akan merekomendasikan apartemen ini! Kami memiliki apartemen yang lebih buruk dari sebelumnya. Kami hanya menerima ini setelah mengajukan keluhan (melalui telepon ke pemiliknya). Meskipun kami mengatakan beberapa kali bahwa kami tidak ingin menginap, mereka tidak mengembalikan uang pemesanan kepada kami. Sangat memalukan meminta uang seperti itu!

Saya merasa sangat nyaman di apartemen Allmend. Yang terpenting, koneksi transportasi umum yang baik, peluang berbelanja, kolam renang dalam ruangan, binatu, dan restoran berada di sekitar hotel. Saya juga menghargai area rekreasi lokal Bireggwald. Satu-satunya masalah adalah tempat tidurnya agak tidak nyaman (sangat rendah dan rangka tempat tidurnya rusak sebagian). Juga tidak ada kursi berlengan yang nyaman untuk membaca.

Lokasinya bagus, 10 menit (dengan bus) atau 2 (S-Bahn) ke kota, tepat di sebelah area hiburan lokal yang sangat bagus. Studionya memiliki perabotan fungsional, beberapa agak gelap karena orientasinya. Layanan yang sangat baik dari staf di Hitrental.
