Annes house is a true gem, it checks every box, from the rooms to its prime location. But what truly elevates it is herself. Shes caring, hospitable, and has a knack for creating a 'home away from home' vibe. Its not just about cleanliness, location, and privacy, it was the cozy, inviting atmosphere that made me prolong my stay in chiangmai. If you want a place that blends genuine care, comfort, and a host who makes you feel truly special, Annes is the place to go. Given its popularity, Annes rooms get snatched up quickly, so act quickly! And even though you would probably never want to cancel once you experience it, her free cancellation policy speaks volumes about her caring and empathetic nature, adding an extra touch to the already amazing experience she provides.

This place is unbeatable! Its clean, quiet, and economical. Please note that the rooms are not cleaned daily. Also, management is not always available. The office is often closed. However, the manager, anne, was very polite and helpful.

A stunning newly renovated hotel hidden in the old city. I enjoyed it so much that i stayed for several weeks. Easy service, close to great restaurants. Laundry service across the street.

The location is off the main street, but the interior is well designed. About half of the rooms are brand new, but the older ones were recently renovated and are quite nice. Reasonable prices, but to me it was the sidestreet charm with a really nice selection of downtoearth businesses that made me come back.

Chada boasts a prime location in the historic city, just a 5minute walk away from the bustling main road, as well as shops, cafes, restaurants, and laundry facilities, all conveniently located just outside the guesthouse. The cleanliness is commendable, and the staff are exceptionally friendly.

This is a very good hostel and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are large and clean, with an inclouding air conditioner and a fan. Two beds for 250 baht per person per night. The beds are quite hard, but thats normal in thailand, i guess.

The room on the 3rd floor was lovely, impeccably clean, and the bathroom was delightful. The decor was incredibly relaxing, featuring a small balcony overlooking a small street. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful addition. The hotel offered good value, situated in a prime location, just a short stroll away along intriguing narrow streets.

The location is nice, comfortable, very well located. The staff is very nice. Comfortable bed, perfectly clean, air conditioned. Recently completely renovated, chada house is the best value for money we found in Thailand.
