The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. They have small space to sit outside and relax. Also they have a washing machine so people who have been coming to Chaing mai for ages can wash their clothes easily. The place is quiet and very nice to stay. Overall everything is good.

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are cozy, spotless, and bright with comfortable beds, friendly owners, free bananas, small snacks, coffee, a nice courtyard, some tables and chairs, as well as stylish wall paintings. Would undoubtedly return!.

This charming homestay hotel is highly recommended by me. I reserved the quad room, which is located at the back of the building. The rooms are roomy and come with a small garden. Additionally, the staff on site is extremely welcoming and helpful. Coinoperated laundry with washer and dryer, and friendly cats are perks! They lock up after 10 p. M. And access is only via access cards. There is plenty of space to unwind and relax on the clean grounds. If your room faces some bars, make sure to check to see if this is causing commotion.

The staff is very kind and helpful. We stayed in a quadruple room which was nice. I originally planned to stay only for 2 nights but ended up staying for 5 nights. There is tavern outside and you can have free coffee and snacks whenever you want. And the cats that live there are especially cute. The location is central. Many restaurants and markets are around the corner. Clean rooms and onsite washer and dryer. Would recommend, especially since the staff are so friendly.

The family who run this place are very kind and helpful, offering more than the standard hospitality for a great service. And then, they have blackout curtains to block it all if you want. After that, the room is so bright with the high quality. Subsequently, this property is brand new.

This place is recommended for families. The old towns quiet guesthouse offers a spacious room. Daily cleaning is done in the room, and the family is incredibly kind and always willing to assist with any needs.
