We always stay at this property after long flight from the states, very convenient , close to everythings easy walk to Maya mall. We will return back in the future.

Nice condo near Maya shopping center will stay again, however be aware you need to pay electricity and water which wasn't stated on the website. Cleaning fee is 500 baht for the cleaning after your rental which was stated on the website.

It's a nice experience to the hotel and the bathroom, living room, kitchen and washing machine all good too. (But I think the owner should make a guideline to use the watching machine) I will be booking again if I go to Chiang Mai again.

In my opinion it´s was everything i wish in Chiang Mai lets say fancy,clean quite apartment, the location is super just next to all the stuff you need. The staff very helpful and smile all the time housekeeping they are fast and makes everything just right the manger is very helpful and professional lady shes wiling to help you with anything you need this place be now my home in Chiang Mai;)

Loved this place, we even got to wash our clothes in the washing machine. The only issue we had was that our toilet wasn't flushing so we filled a bowl with water and flushed like that. Otherwise, clean bedding and bathroom loved it I would come back

The bedroom in this apartment had a small terrace with an air conditioner and the interior was crowded so I didn't mind having so many drawers in the apartment. It's also very spacious.

The rooms are fair for the price -- clean and large enough. The bathroom could have been supplied with sufficient toiletries -- 6 people for 7 nights with only 2 rolls of toilet paper.

Nice, quiet and clean place to stay in a popular area of Chiang Mai. Easy walk to the mall and Nimman which has lots of stuff to do and places to eat. Only con was the power went out after an hour and it was kind of spotty at times. Called the owner and they helped fix it.
