This was the best private Villa i had ever stayed. Clean and the pool is amazing. The host were generous and helped us navigate the city. I am definitely going back 2020.

The staff is very very helpfully. I recommened! Near airport. Drive by ourself, no shop no bbq qrill (only very very small qrill, suitable for 1 person, no restaurant.

Located far from patong beach. However, it was a great location to just be in sync with nature and enjoy the peaceful ambience. Pool was awesome. Everything was perfect. Just dnt forget to bring mosquito repellent as mosquitoes appears almost everytime before nightfall. Keep doors and windows closed and everything will be just fine. And do rent a scooter for a day at just 300thb and explore the area.

My partner and I stayed in villa 2 for a week! I just came home a few days ago! The villa was very nice and clean, with a wonderful open plan living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private pool! Nai yang walking streetbeach was only 10 minutes by motorbike! Perfect for what we were seeking, peace and quiet after staying in busy along then bang tao! Hugh and I had a great time here! Chris the manager was amazing and assisted in getting us our motorcycles, taxis, and other necessities! Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much, I hope we will be back soon and I have already recommended you to my friends! Jade.

The price is very fair, the facilities are really impressive, the pool was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and the apartment was clean but a bit noisy if you are close to the road, overall all good. If I went back, parking is provided and from the airport it is very easy to find

My 3 night stay at Villa 1. The pool had bugs on the first night, which frightened my kids. But on the last night we all had fun swimming in the pool somehow all the bugs seemed to have disappeared. It has 4 cups and 4 cooking tools. There is a washing machine, however you have to purchase detergent. There is a bathroom and shampoo, but you must bring your own toothbrush. Chris will clear the trash every day, but I think you will have left the house. There isnt a decent restaurant or shop within walking distance of the city. If you want to move around and buy food, its advice. We rented a car with Chris for 1200 baht per day. We also booked a day trip to the island through Chis. The price was fairly reasonable and we enjoyed the day trip. Its a good enough size house for the kids to run around in compared to a hotel room. Overall experience not too bad.

We stayed for 10 nights. Chris, the manager, does everything there I guess was friendly. He had a 300 baht guarantee that could be returned when you checked out. The villa is spacious. We adored the couch so much because it was so contemporary and comfortable. The bed, though, Westerners may have trouble with because it is so firm. But I like a firm mattress. They provided almost everything to make your stay feel at home. We rented a car and have no problems traveling as you know, the villa is nowhere. There is 711 on the way to Nai thon beach. And teaching lotus is within 15 minutes of driving. Staying here you can go to Nai yang or Nai thon beach. Both are quiet beaches if you want to escape from the rating atmosphere. Like another review, we wish they could have a curtain on the front door. Its so clear everyone can look in easily at night. The pool was quite dirty when we were there but it had been raining for a week, so it was understandable. The master bedroom in villa 1 was very dirty, stained and almost clogged. There are many insects here, so leaving the doors open to poor is not a good idea. Chris promised us he would get the garbage out every day, but it turned out we had to do it ourselves. He came every 3 days,

Overall was very nice however on the 2nd night our Chinese neighbors were in there pool until well after 3am and made it hard to sleep with all the noise.

Great Place! Chris was super cool and easy to work with. No issues, Had the issue with the tiny ants, very common in Thailand, clean up after yourself and seal the trash and you wont have an issue.

寝室2部屋・バスルームとトイレも二つずつで、プライベートプール付きのとにかく広いホテルでした。洗濯機やキッチン、大型冷蔵庫なども完備され、まるで別荘に泊まりに来たような感覚で過ごせます。逆に言えば、清潔で広々としてはいますが、ラグジュアリーな雰囲気はありません。接客もアットホームな感じですが、しつこくチップを求められることもなく、何か相談や頼みごとをすると、全力でとても親切にしてくださいました。（もちろん旅行の最後にチップはお渡ししましたが）深夜に着いて、お酒が飲みたかったのですが徒歩圏内にコンビニもなく、あきらめようかと思っていたところ、スタッフの方がなんとバイクで出かけて買ってきてくれたのには感動しました。立地は少々不便でしたが、タクシー代など物価も安いので、移動費が気にならない方で、静かにゆっくり贅沢に過ごしたいならおすすめです。

i'm not recomend if you want private pool 1 위치 공항과 가깝습니다. 자동차는 필수입니다. 2 프라이빗풀빌라 절대아닙니다. 입실했너니 담장밖으로 공사를하고 인부들이 그 위를 지나다니면서 저희 숙소를 내려다 보고있었습니다. 뭐 밤에는 괜찮겠지했지만,,,,,, 밤늦게 수영을 즐기는데 와이프가 누가처다본다며 난리났었습니다. 저도 소리지르고 주인불러서 컴플레인하고 아주 그냥 장난도 아니었습니다. 경찰도 부르려 했는데.... 암튼 동영상도 다 찍어 놓았습니다.. 주인은 아니라고 하는데.... 좀 짜증났었어요. 암튼 여기 비추입니다.

This is not a pool villa it is a air bnb labeled as a villa. My husband and I didn’t even stay a whole day we slept the night because we had no choice and left the next morning and booked another hotel. Our bed was hard my husband has serious back issues he could not sleep on that thing. The location is literally the middle of no where. Across from the villa is an empty lot. You’re at least an hour away from anything I Phuket aside from the airport and you do hear the planes in the middle of the night. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
