Ive lived here for three years as a tenant. Please keep in mind that this condo is not intended for daily or monthly rentals. I believe all of the negative reviews are from people who rented illegally through online platforms, for which i would blame the owner for still renting the room despite it being prohibited by law. The jurists will not be friendly to the illegal renters at all. Although small, the swimming pool and gym are decent. Security is good, you must have an access card to enter and exit the building on each floor. Unit layout is nice, but cleanliness depends on you or the proprietor. When ordering cabs or grab, it is convenient. Affordable rental fees for locating near tourist attractions. Minus the juristic members frequently change, some are very pleasant, while others are annoying. Fortunately, they are gone, lol. Too many tourists (illegal renter) cause discomfort and overcrowding at times. Sometimes when we need to pick up sprinkler water locked in e.V. Air conditioner occasionally malfunctions.

A very pleasant place to stay. I was on the 29th floor and it was lovely a fresh air and vista. Although the room was tinier, it is really clean and new. Quiet neighborhood as well. If i were to return to bangkok, ill make recommened.

This place is not suitable for living. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very helpful and attentive.

This is where it belongs. If youre searching for a place to stay in bangkok, look no further than good ol lumpini suite. Airbnb is not even legal in the country, but not in this building. Here, 90% of the residents are tourists, from Asians to westerners to africans. So bring your friends and your family along, and come over to good old lumpinki room. The best place for you to remain. I almost never gave 5 stars, yet this place truly does.

This is a beautiful new condo with good property management and convenient transportation. It takes only 10-20 minutes to walk to asoke and siam, and 5 minutes walking to the famous hospital.
