Please kindly note that property is limited service as :- we're doesn’t provide for the shampoo, soap gel and any cleaning products.- we're not allowed to have a party and make loud noise after 9.00PM.- we're not allowed to drink much alcohol.- please keep cleaning the house and the kitchen appliances.- Do not leave the kitchen with the waste food over the night.- please keep closing the entrance door for avoiding the insects, mosquitos and for safety.- we're not allowed to smoking in the house.- we're self check in, so please text me anytime if you need help.- Please note that toilet paper and garbage bags will be provided only once upon check in.- Please don’t forget keycard inside the room, If you accidentally locked and need the staff to open it, there’s service fee is THB1000.- Please note that our property use self check in system, so obviously will not have any staff stand by in the place.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
