From the middle of November to the end of December, my girlfriend and i remained at this property. The general idea of our visit is that if the same issues were resolved once more, we would undoubtedly request a different apartment or even reserve based on price reductions. To begin with, ill start with the positives about our time at the deck. One of the security officers named boy was the best part of his stay. He always welcomed us with utmost warmth and often accompanied us for countless conversations when we left and entered the property in the first place. If you want to remain there, strike up he, you wont regret it. A major plus was also the location of The deck itself. We frequently visited the rooftop and the groundfloor pools before purchasing goggles, but they were still completely covered in mold. I did not recommend swimming in them unless the pool was cleaned. There were clumps of hair, dirt, mold, animal droppings, dead insects, and cracked tiles on our third floor apartment. When we arrived, the door was broken, so we had to finish any food that wasnt in its original condition. However, once you put on your goggle and see how the water is doing, do not use them again. Other minor issues - during our last week, there was no hot water at all. Our host was extremely difficult to deal with

This place has a convenient location at the northern end of Ratutit road. The street noise is far from this place because it is down sloping driveway. We were in an apartment on the 6th floor that faced the road, and we had stayed in idly room on 6 floors. Although the second bedroom was quite small, the room was comfortable. There was an outdoor space to sit and unwind on despite the fact that we have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two pools offer stunning views of patong, one on top deck and one located on ground level. At night, there was some street activity. A 711 is nearby. Its merely walked to the center of patra. To get around, we used oozing.

We used this place as our home base for five weeks while in thailand and took occasional trips out of here. We believe the location is excellent as is the property, especially if you get a view of the pool. I booked through airbnb and received remuneration every month. The bottom floor apartments can access the swimming pool directly through securing egress gates on their deck. Pretty cool! Now. Concerning mosque noise, i believe it may be valid depending on the angle your unit faces. When we saw the water, we were hardly hearing anything. So book bldg B for tavern view!.

Our stay here was almost opulent! The surroundings around the pools on both the top and downstairs floors are incredibly tranquil and lovely. The common areas and amenities, including the laundry room, bathrooms, and gym, are consistently kept spotless. They are always willing to assist with anything because there is security on duty aroundtheclock. All in all, a fantastic location to stay while visiting patong!.

The deck is a decent place to stay in patong because it is close to many good things like restaurants, massages and shopping. As for the rooms, id say they are only suitable for 1-2 people max. Nice rooftop pool to relax and watch the sun set. Will ive been here again? Maybe not.

The location is excellent in patong. Although it takes a few minutes to get to the action on bangla road by scooter, you are still far enough away to avoid any of the chaos that comes with it. The elevators require utilizing your key card for good security. With two pools, the condos are neat and organized. Depending on the owners, each one is slightly contemporary. I would return here at any time.

Everything was immaculate. Condomium is among the most luxurious accommodations in patong. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a nice pool and terrace there.

I would definitely recommend renting an apartment on the deck when visiting thailand. Excellent apartments. There are two pools. One of them is on top of the building. Quiet setting. The city center and the beach are within walking distance.
