At the time me and family are here. And we have been here a year and a half. It's been nice overall. Price could be better with the time. Family is happy, so I'm happy. Nice atmosphere. Friendly people overall.

Sheets had some stains but were clean otherwise. Odd crack in the floor by the door but the room was intact. TV wouldn't change off of Bravo but that could just be that the cable box was mounted in an odd location where the remote couldn't reach it.

Broken ceramic floors... mold... sketchy people. Smoking smell in all 3 rooms we had. Queen size sheet for king size bed. No fitted sheet. No cover (quilt/comforter) dirty pillows

It was okay. Enough for an overnight stay in the city. Check in was very quick and easy. The room needed upgrading. The ceiling was peeling in areas, a light over the sink didnt work, the bed had a bed spring box that makes a loud noise if you hit it, the walls was peeling, the bathroom had crayon marks on the door and the toilet made a high pitch sound when you flushed. The walls are very thin for next door and the people above you. Itwasjust cheap and convenient for an overnight stay to visit ODU.

The heater in the room didn't work. The drain in both the sink and the shower were clogged and I had to buy drain-o and cleaning supplies to make it sanitary enough to shower in. The floors were not swept so even after getting out of the shower I had to immediately put on socks. I also had to buy washcloths because none came with the room. Every night there was either someone screaming in the parking lot until the wee hours of the morning, fire alarms going off, or cop cars in the parking lot.

I hardly ever leave a review for anywhere but felt the need to do so. This was just for one night so no big deal, right? This place has non running partially dismantled cars in the parking lot (more than a couple). The rooms are outdated. There were visible holes. The bed coverings had several obvious cigarette burn holes. You might say I could have asked for another room but I highly doubt it would have been any better. This is not a place I would recommend at all. I am not extremely picky like some but this was definitely not a good choice. I knew it was not the Hilton but this doesn’t even deserve the ratings it has been given.

The place was falling apart. Bathroom door fell off the hinges, shower curtain rod was super loose and dangerous. TILE floor was loose and could easily cut someone. Not only all of that… All the bedsheets had holes in them from cigar ashes. As soon as you walk in you get that smoke smell. For 109$ this was not worth it at all. They should really be pricing way less if this is how they treat the rooms. It didn’t even look like they cleaned the sheets. The floor had this weird sticky residue by the bed. Walls were filthy. Gross gross gross

You get what you pay for! When we arrived I immediately knew this was a mistake. Check in was simple and easy. But when we get to the room no air was on and upon inspecting the room there were cigarette holes in the blanket. It look like they just painted all the walls which you can definitely tell where they painted and where they didn’t paint. I found a bug crawling on the sink one morning. The area is not so savory for my choice of words (if you get my drift). A lady had the audacity to offer my husband five dollars to take her somewhere!! And he noticed a lot of traffic going in and out one of the rooms with multiple cars pulling up and driving off. The only thing I would say was they did come and replaced our towels twice during our visit.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The bed sheets were stained, floors were not swept and the room was just in terrible over all condition. The area was very unsafe. The picture shows a white building....this building was brown and very run down. This room was so terrible we left. When i requested a refund i was denied by both the hotel and hotels.com. We will not be booking through hotels.com

Verified traveler

Owners make you pay a 25 deposit when clearly the websites states no additional fees. They say it’s a deposit and you will get back at checkout. Straight up lies.
