This place is really our home away from home while in Maui. The hotel has excellent service, a great location, and great rooms. We have stayed at several top resorts, but this is by far the best place to stay. We will definitely return!

It was our first visit to Maui. This was the ideal location for our family of four's five-night stay. My next trip, I will definitely make it 710. We adored Maui and all that it provided us as a family. Honda Kai provides a beautiful beach and fantastic pools. Dukes and the little market were excellent features. Every day I enjoyed a coffee at the market. We were in a fantastic location. Excellent location for our room on the first level, which was fairly close to the elevators, but not too close. Okay, the ac controls are the only issue I can have. You couldn't go lower than that temperature because it was set to a certain temperature. It would shut off if a window or door opened. Since we are from California, I enjoy sleeping in our home or hotel room cold. We loved the kitchen and the lounge. A great addition was the washer and dryer! We stopped by the food trucks twice and found what we needed at the times market and ABC. We will return to Maui and stay here again. Mahalo.

We were in Oceanview King Studio in December 2022. The view was fantastic! Pros A full kitchen, a living area, a king bed, and a balcony That evening, the balcony was a fantastic size with full sliding doors and furniture Great size room and loved a washer and dryer for wet or sandy clothes The beach was sandy and a calmer shore never too crowded Great spot to lasagna Easy parking whales and turtles were seen from the beach, not too small or too big that it would take forever to navigate the property. 20 I hot water tank only, no long, hot showers refrain handle broke and oven beeping at night but maintenance came right right away price not the cheapest no maid service We traveled throughout the island and saw many resorts. The south side is absolutely stunning. I would not stay in the premium tower rooms of Kaanapali Beach resorts if it was on a budget and has more going on than honda kai but is also very busy. There was no beach and the sea is almost nonexistent. The sheratons had very small rooms and no suite or kitchen. For children, having a kitchen was handy because I couldnt get the calm feeling of being able to go out and about and relax. Having a kitchen was easy to find, and I prefer a regular hotel room than the Sheratons because there

My spouse, daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter, all 6 months, recently returned from a fivenight stay. Start with the positives. The suite was extremely roomy, and we had a stunning, unobstructed sea outlook from the wraparound balcony. The property provided a full kitchen and washerdryer. Thus, it is a wonderful location for kids, and there were many of them of all ages. The staff was also very welcoming and accommodating. So there is the advantage. Now for the drawback. For four of our six days, there was a crane in front of our now obscured ocean view. It was there all day until rp. It was noisy construction noise and well, the crane. Knowing that a boundary of our outdoor was about to occur, our room never ought to have been assigned. There was then no room service or housekeeping. Then, there was no room service or cleaning. While they were pleased to take old towels and trash, housekeeping never came in to clean or make a bed. Its okay for a resort that boasts itself four stars. Lastly, there is only one restaurant on the property, and it rhymes with puke for a legitimate reason. The food there is so bad that only the dukes could ruin a cooked egg.
