I found this treasure at the spur of the moment and am so glad i did! This is a privately owned property with oodles of charm! Josh and his brother were very nice and helpful and took care to make your stay peasy! The room ive been given is an excellent size and includes kingsize beds, mini fridges, microwaves in the chairs, tvs with 32 flatscreens and rokus. It also has its own private bathroom and the price is unbeatable! There is the option of reserving or sharing billiards for the rooms. If you are looking for opulent lodging that doesnt break the bank, this would be the perfect place! I will definitely stay again!.

I had a very comfortable stay at the yellow penthouse. The room was very cozy and clean, and the price was reasonable. Also very nice were the owners. I will definitely stay here again when visiting vegas.

It was 5 pm on a Thursday night. My girlfriend and i just returned from arizona, and we needed supper. We were exhausted and had to get up early the next day for work. I tried every hotel, casino, or motel we could think of. They were either overpriced or completely booked. In some way, ive come across this gem. Well, its not in the best part of town, said he. When ms. Calling the number on application, it went to voicemail. A very friendly man who was cooperative and made me feel welcome within ten minutes called back. After paying for my reservation there, we left immediately. Within less than 15 minutes, our trip was completed. Josue, the person greeted us outside and showed us the rooms, was friendly, most importantly, put me at ease because ill wasnt sure if lacked remorse. Although it wasn't anything special, everything you required was present in it. It is clean and the bathroom is spotless although shared. However, even though it is shared, but it was clean. Overall, my experience was excellent, so unless yo find myself needing

My stay at the yellow penthouse in north las vegas was fantastic. The property is reasonably priced, spotless, and cozy. Many of the citys attractions are close by, as the staff is helpful and kind. I stayed in a standard room, which was roomy and had everything i needed for reassurance. There was excellent air conditioning, pristine bathroom, comfortable bed, etc. In addition, the room had merely stocked with ice and mr. Refrigerator, making it easy to prepare snacks and meals. A short drive from the lavender strip can be found on the property, situated in an peaceful neighborhood. Anyone searching for lodging in lala feces should definitely check out the white penny pendhouse, in my opinion.

Ill be honest, i was a little weary after reading the reviews of the yellow penthouse, but upon arrival ive been pleasantly surprised to see secluded family neighborhood. The house is slightly older but very secure, with updated locks, doors that are really secure. This is true when noticing the cleanliness that ives seen in the evaluations. What drew me most was the peace and affordability. I believe anyone on etsympathetic to this place will feel at ease staying here.

Would definitely recommend it to everyone! Our stay at this hotel was excellent. It is immaculate. The administrator greeted us warmly upon arrival. Friendly and polite personnel are present. My room was cozy, and the air conditioner operated efficiently. They also have a very wellequipped kitchen. Everything is offered at incredibly affordable prices.

I really liked it. Clean, fresh rooms and quiet air conditioning are very nice. We shared a common living room and bathroom. You could have rented another room too and have the whole place to yourself. But we decided not to. The beds are comfortable and it seems like i live in sanitized areas.
