The location was ideal for what I was looking for in Nuremberg. The major train station, subway, and trams are all within easy reach. The enchanting center of the city with its cobblestone streets and dozens of fine restaurants is a short walk away. This is a really good hotel, and apart from two issues, a business when I got to the room that maintenance and housekeeping looked into fairly quickly, and a room temperature that was never addressed, except for the length of my stay, by opening the window in the middle of winter. The room was spotless, and it featured all the comforts one would anticipate from a star hotel. There were plenty of outlets, good lighting and controls, clean, crisp sheets and soft pillows, a lovely bathroom, and a shower with a heated towel rack, a nice touch. There is a convenient location for everything I needed in Nuremburg.

We really loved the delicious food especially since the hotel is mainly central and close to many sights on foot. Not ideal because it's in a good location. The rooms are clean. The service is pleasant.

How delightful it is to have your own beer brewed in your eatery's cellar. Everything is located in the city center and only a few steps from the main train station. Just the tiny details. When we checked in, confirmation of our reservation wasn't given, there were no coat hangers in the room, and the screen was placed about 2, 20 meters above the floor. The viewing was impossible because the screen was facing the ceiling. We had the impression that the corporate design was taken more seriously than the daily hotel service. It is a shame because the Brüderherz hotel and restaurant is such a lovely location.

I stayed for just one night. Excellent location and clean rooms. Check-in process was really attentive, especially for the woman whose name I did not get it. I would return because there is nothing to criticize and it seems like a high-quality hotel. Drinks in the bar are a bit expensive, but still what I'd expect.

A simple clean, peaceful, and modern room is provided. It takes a while to check, but the personnel was very friendly. The location is excellent, with a lovely little square in front and a tavern across the street. The river Pegnitz is located in the back. The ground floor is home to a quiet eatery. The entrance serves both the restaurant and the hotel and can be accessed via stairs, but there is a nice little bar on the left that overlooks the square, and you may take your drink outside and enjoy a few tables there.

The day and night desk clerks were extremely helpful and friendly! We rented 4 rooms, which were all very clean and decorated so nicely. The location was ideal! Local pubs are close by, and the historic downtown is accessible on foot. We highly recommend this small hotel in place of the other large commercial ones.

When was the last time the hotel was awarded a four-star rating? Because it is located between the railway line and a busy road, it is overpriced, needs renovation, and has insufficient toiletries. There is no soap provided, only soap that comes from a dispenser that is not of high quality, and a low wifi connection. The gym equipment is small and old, and when I turned around and exited, the staff is kind. I like the gym equipment. But nothing else is good. :The price is very high, as it is in dire need of restoration and is located between a busy road and the railway line. So, the problem is, there is no toiletries provided, just soap from a dispenser that was not of high quality, the wifi connection is very bad, and the gym equipment is limited and broken. I walked out without even asking the staff to give it to you. The staff is friendly, but nothing more.

Although central, the reception and bar service are both deficient. It appears that the staff isn't motivated enough for their job. Breakfast features a very wide selection of hot and cold food. But if I had the choice, I would have stayed somewhere else.

Although the room was clean, there was no closet or dresser. There were only two hangers, but if we asked for more, it was readily available. We opened the window to enjoy some cool air because the room was quite hot at night, but since our room was over the outside smoking area, that wasn't very effective. Overall, our visit was wonderful.

Prime location! 6 mins walk from central train station and really close to Flixbus stop. 15 mins walk to altstadt (old town) where you can find shops and market (hauptmarkt). The hotel itself is just okay, we found the bedsheet and floor a bit dusty and the toilet seat was broken but we use it just for a night sleep so it's fine.

This hotel had such a great character. This is the ideal place if you want a place with old world charm. I would stay there every day more than a cookie cutter hotel. It was also very close to the train station.

A highly commended hotel. Don't dread placing a reservation here. Everything is close to the hotel and 5 minutes from the train stop. The Christmas market is a short stroll away. The employees are fantastic, accommodating and helpful, and they will do everything in their power to assist you. On our first day, they helped us book a restaurant and gave us advice on where to go. Due to Christmas market traffic, the trip between the airport and the hotel took a lot longer. We took a taxi back, which took just 15 minutes underground! It was interesting that the rooms had a theme. There is a kettle in the room, a coffee maker, a minibar, and molten brown toiletries in the room. While healthy, breakfast is generously served in attractively-arranged individual pots. Every evening, guests are given a complimentary drink.

The hotel is close to the main station and the center with walks. The receptionist is quite friendly and helpful. Breakfast can be ordered a day in advance if you like.

We quickly noticed why this place got a high score. The hotel is in a terrific location, just a short distance from it. It was close to the christmas markets, and there were bratwurst and gluhwein stands along the street, almost directly in front of the hotel. The room was well-stocked, with a coffee maker, which makes me happy. The staff was fantastic, and they booked us into a nice Italian restaurant for dinner where they hosted their own staff christmas party. Breakfast is delicious, everything is served in small little convenient jars. The vibe is fun and interesting with the red shag carpet in the hallways. On our next journey, we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very good and incredibly friendly but if you get stuck in a room that faces the inside alley and you leave the window open to sleep, you wake up and everything you own will smell like grease greek food from the restaurant they share the alley with. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect!.
