Hotel yg sangat bersih dengan design interior yg unik serasa tidak di Balige tempatnya. Cocok yg butuh ketenangan krn tdk ditengah kota. Saran untuk hotel seperti ini yg staff tdk standby 24 jam lebih baik tidak usah minta deposit di awal krn jika tamu check out pagi pagi tdk ada staff yg bisa mengembalikan uang deposit krn hanya security saja yg standby. Pengalaman sy check out jam 06.30 pagi serah terima kunci hanya dibantu security krn staff belum masuk kerja. Sedangkan ada uang deposit waktu sy check in jam 23.30 malam dan itu sudah sempat saya info ke staff yg bertugas bahwa sy akan check out pagi pagi untuk menghadiri acara pemakaman di kota yg msh jauh dari Balige. Bahkan breakfast juga tdk bisa karena makanan baru bisa ready di antara jam 7-8 pagi paling telat. Jd uang deposit tdk kembali dan breakfast jg tdk bisa. Mohon diperhatikan untuk hal hal seperti ini ke depannya jika Vanny Villa dgn konsep design yg luar biasa mau lebih maju
