Since it's kinda still a new one built, Ok almost in evrythg, especially the location is on top of a Mall, super convenience to reach d restos or other entertainments. Nevertheless the WiFi signal, really needs more improvement, on and off, unstable. But anyway, thanks Harris !

Love banget hotel ini!! Cocok banget buat staycation, kalo mau makan, hahan, nonton ya tinggal turun ke mallnya. Pokoknya enak banget ga prlu wara-wiri keluar hotel. Dinner & sarapannya banyak varian. Terutama cake-cakenya rasanya enak2. Tongseng sapinya enak, sayang banget pas kesini lg maag jd gabisa cobain makanan yg pedes2. Kamarnya luas, bersih bisa nerflixan. Kamar mandi dan toilet terpisah. Aku sukak!! Will be right back here sih!!😍 Ruangan bebas debu dan noda. Akses parkir lancar. Presentasi makanan bagus banget.

Hallo kak, dear tiket.com Mohon untuk di follow up terkait kerjasama dg hotel taman cibinong 2. Mereka (receptionis) mengatakan bahwa sejak 1 september telah berhenti kerjasama dg tiket.com Saya di hari H pemesanan, namun sampai lokasi saat akan checkin mereka mengatakan sudah tidak bekerjasama dg platform manapun. Mereka menawarkan untuk pesan ulang scr manual. Karna kondisi sudah malam dan kami kepepet akhirnya kami booking manual ke reseptionis. Kejanggalan terjadi ketika dia minta di tansfer ke rekening BCA Pribadi. Selain itu setelah kami masuk kamar ternyata hotel angker, bau pesing, kotor, kamarmandi air mengalir kecil. Setelah saya cek di google review ternyata banyak krjadian serupa dg saya. Mohon untuk tiket.com bisa followup jika memang sudah tidak bekerjasama mohon bisa ditutup untuk bookingnya. Dan jika masih mohon manajemen hotel dapat melhat kinerja karyawannya yg ketika dicari di receptionis harus nunggu lama, dan mereka minta transfer manual ke rekening tsb. Agar citra hotel dan tiket.com tidak buruh di mata pelanggan. Terimakasih
