The space
Joi Star, a two floor home, is ideal for a family wanting a relaxed and secure vacation home base, or as a staycation.

Ground Floor - outside parking, lobby, living room, bedroom 1, bathroom 1, bedroom 2 + bathroom 2.

Basement - bedroom 3, bathroom 3, bedroom 4 + bathroom 4, semi outdoor kitchen + dining room, unique star pool + succulent garden

You’ll have plenty of choices for a place to talk and laugh over a cup of coffee, or to read a book or two.
Guest access
Please make yourself at home. While our housekeeper’s sanctuary will be accessible from the lobby and laundry area, we would appreciate your respecting their privacy.
Other things to note
1. Please do not smoke inside the house, you can smoke at outdoor area.

2. Note that no pets are allowed due to various backgrounds of our guests. Our apologies. Please ask for our other pet friendly unit.

3. No party, or event is allowed. As we are located within a residential neighborhood, guests are advised to respect the community including not to make noises or disturbances that may create inconveniences or complaints from our neighbors. Our quite time is between 9PM-7AM

4. Please send us a note beforehand if you need a special request such as cooking aids, early check-in/late check-out and bring more than 1 car

Joi Roof, a two floor home, located at the 2nd floor and 3rd floor (rooftop) is ideal for a family wanting a relaxed and secure vacation homebase, or as a staycation.

Ground Floor - are sharing area with joi sky, joi star and joi home contain outside parking and lobby.

2nd floor - bedroom 1, bedroom 2 + bathroom 2

3rd floor - bedroom 3 + bathroom 3, bedroom 4, kitchen, dining area, outdoor bathtub, warm jacuzzi and bbq area (the living room located inside bedroom 3 and 4).

Villa Ambu offers accommodation located 700 meters from downtown Bandung and Lembang tourism, and Punclut culinary tourism. Enjoying views of the city of Bandung, Villa Ambu is surrounded by children's play area facilities (public pool, electric go-car arena, etc.). The property features a private pool.

Each room is equipped with a comfortable bed. The bathroom comes with a shower.

Guests can enjoy a meal at RM Saung Rengganis "Ibu Kuntum". Other dining options are also located around the property.
