Kamar nya bagus sih , cmn gk di sediain teh , kopi, gula, sama sikat gigi , trs sarapan nya juga cmn di kasih roti ajaa . Trs kolam bagus bersih , nyaman sih , cmn airnya dingin bngt , Mohon di tingkatkan lg ya pelayanan nya .

Tempatnya bagus sih.. tapi pelayanannya sangat burukk.. kami pesan include sarapan tp sampai jam 9 ga kunjung juga datang sarapan. Kita chat pihak villa dijawab "mungkin lagi masak kali kak" eh pas datang cuma roti 2bks harga 5rb an yg biasa ada di alfamart 😲

posisi air disana mati dan petugasnyaa hanya berjanji 15 menit lagi bisa tapi sampai 1 jam tidak ada kejelasan.. untung mau nge refund karena itu sudah jam 9 malam dan terlalu larut untuk mencari hotel kembali

Check in pukul 14.30 dan sampai pukul 18.30 air tidak mengalir sama sekali, sehingga kamar jadi bau karena BAK tidak bisa di siram. Sudah kontak CS tiket.com juga tidak ada solusi, sampai akhirnya uangnya di refund pihak hotel dan itupun tidak penuh krn mungkin ada biaya layanan dari tiket.com dan akhirnya kami memutuskan tidak menginap dan cari hotel lain pun tidak dapat karena sudah malam, sungguh pelayanan dari hotel & tiket.com yang sangat mengecewakan sampai kami akhirnya pulang ke rumah malam2 karena tidak dapat hotel pengganti
