Kali ini saya pergi ke Hanoi dan melihat hotel ini di bagian atas, jadi saya memesannya. Ini sangat bagus. Tidak perlu dikatakan lagi, lokasinya 3 langkah dari gedung opera, kamarnya bersih dan baru, ada banyak restoran kelas atas dan populer di sekitar.

The hotel is brand new. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded from a city view room to a balcony room. We returned to the original room type on the second night. It turned out that the city view room was even nicer than the balcony room. More sunlight and fresher with lots of flower pots. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room was small, but it was comfortable, clean, and had good facilities. The location was perfect, being in the heart of the quarter streets, making it easy to access popular tourist attractions. The staff were amazing and made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I will definitely stay there again when i visit hanoi.

Saat saya memesan kamar, saya pikir itu hanya gambar palsu karena teaternya besar, tidak mungkin harganya murah, tetapi ketika saya sampai di sana, saya sangat kasihan dengan hotelnya. Hotel ini baru, bersih dan terang, kamarnya sangat nyaman, stafnya antusias dan lucu, tetapi yang paling mengejutkan adalah harganya terlalu masuk akal dibandingkan dengan lokasinya, sangat nyaman untuk membeli segala sesuatu untuk makan dan minum karena langsung di tengah. Pada malam hari, naiklah ke rooftop untuk menyaksikan jalanan yang terang benderang. Tempat ini sangat dingin.

Saya tidak akan kembali ke sini lagi. Menurut informasi yang saya terima, kamar Jepang berukuran 20 m 2, namun saat check-in hanya 12 m 2. Tata letak kamar sulit untuk dipindahkan, tempat tidur hanya memiliki selimut tipis yang tersebar di lantai, sangat tidak nyaman, fasilitas toilet buruk, tidak ada kipas ventilasi.

Excellent location, just a stones throw from the hanoi opera house, though the promised city view was generally a view of the roofs. There was some miscommunication regarding currency exchange (not available), but the service more than made up for it. Very responsive via fb messenger, and they even helped me call after i checked out. The only problem was with the room lock, as the key was required for locking and unlocking on both sides.
