Lokasinya di Old Quarter, menjadikannya lokasi yang bagus untuk bepergian. Fasilitasnya bagus. Itu tetap bersih dan saya senang dengan masa tinggal saya. Namun, tidak ada resepsionis, jadi tidak ada staf yang dapat merespons. Namun, jika Anda mengajukan pertanyaan online, mereka akan menyelesaikannya dengan baik. Tidak ada proses check-in dan Anda harus memeriksa pesan online Anda. Saya bingung karena tidak memeriksa, tetapi kebetulan saya bertemu dengan petugas kebersihan dan mengetahui tentang pembagian kamar dan penggunaan kunci pintu. It is situated in the heart of the old town in a narrow alley. Although the hotel is small, the rooms are tidy and quite large. I can see that every room has a window, which is a very rare feature of a hotel in hanoi at the same price.

This place is a great place to stay in the old quarter. The rooms with the ending 01 face the patio and have a small balcony. The room is spacious, clean, very new, amazing location and quiet. Self check in is also convenient.

This hotel apartments in hanoi makes you feel right at home. It is conveniently located in the old quarter and close to everything. Everything is well thought out and very well equipped, you wont miss anything, and the team is very responsive if you have a problem. Everything is clean, there are washing machines and kitchens. What more could you ask for? We highly recommend it! We have been backpackers traveling for over 7 months now, and it was nice to feel at home!.

The location is in the heart of hanoi, but very quiet. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Convenient services are available such as laundry, complimentary coffee, tea, etc. Professional staff. Overall one of the best stays in Vietnam so far. Highly recommended.

Saya sangat menyukai lokasi kamarnya. Jika saya ke Hanoi, saya pasti akan menginap di sini! Namun, ini adalah sistem tak berawak yang sangat menyeluruh, jadi penting untuk bertukar ID WhatsApp dengan manajer atau tuan rumah sebelum kedatangan untuk memeriksa kode akses dan lokasi kamar. Saya melepas satu bintang karena sistem tak berawak itu nyaman tetapi tidak nyaman.

Lokasi yang sangat bagus dan kebersihan serta kualitas layanan yang baik. Kamar yang indah dan nyaman dengan kamar mandi pribadi dengan shower berukuran 90 x 120 yang indah. Nilai tambah: sangat sepi meskipun berada di quatrer lama. Staf yang sangat baik. Saya sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini!

WeCozy has a vibe. I highly recommend it if you need a place to stay close to the old quarter. The rooms are well maintained and spacious with all modern amenities. Located in the middle of everything. The rooms are fully furnished and clean. The service is excellent, the staff is helpful and friendly. Recommended place for a comfortable stay in ha noi.

I will definitely recommend this place! The apartment is spotless and cozy. They have a communal kitchen, laundry area, and mini art gallery. The location is in the central old quarter! The best place to stay when visiting hanoi! They allowed me to leave my bag at their other hotel near the train street because i arrived early. The management is very helpful with my questions.

Wecozy is without a doubt the ideal place to stay when visiting hanoi. It is only 50 to 100 meters from the hanoi old town market. This place has a whole vibe, with each corner being so colorful and designed differently. Their apartment has all the amenities one could want. The most important thing i liked about them was the self checkin process, which eliminated all the hassle we encountered during checkin.

The location is ideal. Near everything, but not in front of the road, so street noises dont bother you. The inclusions are always better, including free drinking water, laundry, and free use of the kitchen with microwave. The room and bathroom are clean, i am a germophobe. Self checkin, but customer service responds very quickly.
