I stayed at The Merimbula Gardens for the night on a weeknight. The location was generally nice and the rooms were simple but generally clean. The thin walls became a major issue for the evening. The motel was not full, but the management decided to place all guests in the rooms side by side rather than dividing guests across the entire motel complex. Sadly, three people who slept next to us were reportedly drug-afflicted, slamming their door open and shut and yelling all night long. We got a little sleepless. I'm aware that this isn't the motel management's fault, but I must point out that the walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors. Otherwise, the area we were in was clean, close to town, and offered a distant view of the bay and sea.

This was a simple motel room, but it was comfortable, tidy, and well worth the price paid. There is nowhere to eat on site, so you have to walk to the town, which is only a very short walk away. I would advise other potential guests to inquire about a room that is away from the main area since there is little or no privacy unless you shut the curtains due to other guests passing by the room. If you are not planning on staying long or paying too much, this is the ideal spot for a stopover.

This is a cheap motel with great value for money, but the rooms are clean and the manager is very friendly and helpful. Close to shops, clubs and supermarkets, the bed is comfortable and there is tea and coffee facilities and off street parking. You can't get better value than this in Mesmerala.

Great location close to local shops and bus station, and a local bus stop is not far away. Everything in town is fairly compact, with a very comfy bed. It was fairly good, and had all the other facilities I needed including a kettle with tea and coffee, a nice hot water in the shower. Pretty satisfied. For the two nights I was there, I did not have much interaction with the staff, nor did I hear any street noise, and I didn't use the pool as I went to the beach rather than the pool. But, everything in town is pretty compact. With a fairly good bed, they had all the other amenities I needed, including a kettle with tea and coffee, nice hot water in the shower, pretty satisfied.

I would strongly recommend this place. A group of us stayed for a birthday celebration. The rooms are spacious, wellappointed with minibar, bathroom, and kitchenware and well maintained. During our stay, a new wall was installed. Debbie was so beautiful from check-in until check-out. She even volunteered to hold a baby for us one night. A short drive from the airport and between Merimbula and Paula. A great place to explore the nearby towns.

Excellent breakfast, pool, and BBQ areas. The parking lot is very spacious. Very nice and peaceful on the opposite side of the golf club. Will definitely come back.

I have stayed here several times. The accommodation was stylish and clean, and the rooms were large, with a lovely property and the forest. The location is great, only a few minutes drive to Paula and Merimbula. The staff is also really polite and makes us feel at home.

Definitely a brilliant place. Breakfast was served at our cabin and was fantastic. The owner was really kind and accommodating. I would stay there again and stay in a clean chalet with complete kitchen amenities. The bed is very comfy and clean.

The room size was very generous, check-in went smoothly and Debbie was very friendly and gave excellent advice on local eateries. Fairway motor was everything we needed and a pleasant stay over two nights overall.
