Spacious room, decent bathroom and tasty breakfast although the varieties are limited but general options for kid-friendly menu or vegetarian dish are available. One thing that I dislike is only the choice of fragrance used. I found it too strong. Walls are pretty thin so if you need total quiet to be able to rest, bring along your ear plug.

Hotel yang bagus pada masanya, saat ini kurang terawat, kamar kesan yg rusak-rusak diperbaiki seadanya, linen seprai tempat tidur lama, perabotan lama. Makanan oke. Cara memperbaiki, sepertinya harus renovasi total, baik bangunan, interior, ataupun manajemennya.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in, but the situation is quite strategic. I felt uneasy while staying in this hotel, because the room was full of mosquitoes, and when I stayed for one day, the entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I recommend breakfast in the morning. There is a menu to choose from and the quality is very good.

The location is cool. But they have a bad management and the breakfast is free. The room service was fine and the boys at the front desk tried to push me into a bad room but if you fight, they will give you a nice room later.

We reserved 2 ac executive rooms, but we had to wait 4 hours to get our reserved rooms. After spending 4 hours in a non-ac suite with no windows and finally a single-bed ac room on request, we were forced to spend 4 hours in a non-ac suite without windows. The breakfast menu was also very poor and limited. The actual rooms were large and clean. Location is good but the price is also very high.

The suite we stayed in was very good, well appointed, with all luxuries as required and serviced very well and very carefully. Overall the property's service was par excellence. well spread and very well maintained property. Will definitely recommend and return.

The royal spa package was great, the car service was superb, the food was great, the tranquility was lovely, and special mention to Satishrocky, the airport taxi representative, for being there and supporting us in finding us when there was a traffic delay, finding us, and helping us out if our taxi didn't arrive. We had made the mistake of booking through indigo than through the taj, and the service was excellent.

Every one around you is determined to provide the highest quality services, which instantly melts your heart. My. Nadir Restaurant Manager is a rare talent, and his dialogue with each visitor staying there is commendable. He makes you feel at home and lets you experience royalty and cuisine like kings eyes. In fact, we were so bound by him that we made sure we met him on our second visit. When we arrived at this place for the first time to baby moon, I was 8 months pregnant. Everyone around me began greeting and wish me luck until I checked out. They also shared their family experiences, individualized their wishes. Even at the restaurant table, extra consideration was taken to ensure that my. Nadir gave me the appropriate food at the right time. Extra cushions were available to ensure that my seating was comfy. The family welcomed us with open arms and were taken awed by a tasty cake and flower arrangement in the room during our second visit to the palace for my birthday. They went above and beyond to ensure that our 4-month-old baby was comfortable, and we loved every single room of the palace. As you check out, you realize that part of you will remain there forever.

A distinctive property. It felt like being immersed in a slice of history. Everything was first class overall property, interior decor, staff and restaurants. The location makes it a perfect refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city below. Many of the staff appeared to be genuinely happy to engage and were helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend to friends and while the hotel is expensive in a domestic Indian context, it is a good value compared to some of the other great hotels of the world and the Taj is right up there with the best. The only complaint was the pool's temperature, which was a little too fresh for my liking!.

I booked this hotel through you, this is close to begampet metro station. This is a single level hotel, this is next to a white house, and there are no board or sign about this hotel. There is a white house on the road, and there is no signage for it. It's hidden behind a building that you won't even see from the road. The building is a structure built by a person. It is a single-story hotel. The room phone was not working. The service was good, and a couple of employees conversed well. I forgot my key inside my room and the door got locked at 3 a.m., which causes my room door to be locked at night, and the staff immediately came and gave me my master key, the checkout time was at 3 am, and they contacted me on my personal number at 10.30 am to ask if I wanted to check out on time because the booking was full.

I have been staying at this hotel for 3 weeks now in a deluxe room. The hotel is conveniently located at a very short distance from Beijing Metro Train Station. The room is spacious, with a large, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The housekeeping services are very effective and the staff are polite. If they had a restaurant on the premises it would have been great. However, there are many great restaurants in the area where you can order.

The experience was very pleasant, for the soap and shampoo were missing, the menu card in the room was not there, and when we arrived at the front desk, they gave us one when we arrived. And then, the coordination between the front desk and the room service was very much needed.
