☆ Villa has 3 king-size beds & 9 single beds (one room has 3 single beds). ON REQUEST, single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.

☆ Check in at 1:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
 
☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.

Enjoy the beach feel as you are only a 10 minutes walk from the famous "Queen of Beaches' namely Calangute Beach. Swimming pool with children's pool, pergola and BBQ makes it the perfect for families, friends  and work retreats.  

Home is ideal for 6 people with 3 Air-conditioned bedrooms but can cater up to 9 people with 3 extra mattresses.
