Untuk sarapan, so so lah makanannya, sendok habis gak segera di refill, harus tunggu dikasih tahu baru di refill. Untuk kamar, tidak sesuai dengan yang di deskripsikan, di kamar yang dipesan tertulis ada bathtub, nyatanya enggak, shower pun harus di setting panasnya, kalau gak jadi terlalu panas, atau malah jadi dingin. Kamar mandi cenderung becek, malam mandi, pagi masih ada air menggenang di tempat shower. Hotelnya seperti hotel yang sudah cukup lama dari segi fasilitas.
