Bagus banget hotelnya, sengaja beli yang tanpa breakfast karena baru pertama ke banyuwangi pengen keliling dari subuh. Lokasi ditengah kota, jadi rekomend karena posisi ditengah dari tempat wisata. Pelayanannya sangat baik, sangat detail bahkan semua staff ramah. Sangat disayangkan saat saya checkin bagian receptionist kurang baik dalam merespon dan terkesan dingin. Tapi menariknya bagian housekeeping sangat ramah. Good job 🌸
