Nyesel nginep disini! Waktu booking tertarik tulisannya villa diatas air! Ya betul di atas air tapi fasilitas dan pelayanan jauh dari kata villa! Waktu cek pertama dgn staff nya, katanya kita stay di kamar paling depan dgn view benar2 laut dan lgsg dirapikan dan disiapkan, tapi setelah check in tiba2 diganti ktnya kamar kita bukan yg itu, malah jauh bgt dr kata villa penampakannya dan bukan view laut spt yg tertulis di tiket.com. Tissu toilet gak ada, gak ada kopi teh, breakfast cm nasi kotak dan gak ad minum spt standar breakfast dihotel pd umumnya, dan itu pun kita harus minta dulu, ketok kamar staff nya. Gak ada akses utk renang ke bawah air, yg ada cm tangga yg patah gak bs di pijaki. Komplen ke staff nya tp cm ditanggapi gak jelas dan gak kompeten jelasinnya, telp sm owner tp owner tetep ngotot marah2 gak jelas. Pdhl saat itu cm kita tamunya gak ad yg lain. Tapi service sangat sangat buruk. 3malam nginep disini ky mimpi buruk rasanya. Pengen cepet2 selesai dan gak betah liat staff yg gak becus kerja dan layanin guest. Beda dengan hotel dive resort harga lbh murah tapi ada breakfast buffet, private beach, akses ke bawah laut mudah dah service bener2 excelent. Cukup sekali nginep disini dan gak lagi2,kapok pokoknya. Harga mahal, gambaran villa tapi aslinya cuma macem koskosan bintang 1 yg gak layak ditinggalin. Hati2 jangan tertipu ya gaes!
